Problem Statement
This Complex water tank design, a robust concrete and
steel reinforcement system while its structure appear
resistant, concern exist about uneven load distribution
and internal pressure effect. A thorough structural analysis
using ansys and finite element method is crucial. This will
assess the tanks static behaviour and under water load
and internal pressure, ultimately verifying its integrity and
durability

Reinforce Concrete Water Tank of UET LHR
 Constructed for storing water
 Capacity of water tank is 30,000 gallons
 Elevation is approximately 56ft
 Filter plant room is on the ground under the tank
 Stairs are available for the internal inspection of water
tank

 It has 9 vertical columns and rectangular tank stand on it
