  • #57 Global 360 is a leader in Process and Document Management. In Gartner and Forrester terms,we fall in to the Business Process Management (BPM) space. In business terms, we work withour customers to transform manually intensive, paper-based business processes, eliminatinginefficiency and improving productivity. We are business, not technology focused whichmeans that we work to understand how people do work first and talk technology later. This presentation is intended to help our partners better understand and position Global 360 to their customers. It is not intended to be presented to the end customer, but more as a training and education tool to better understand Global 360, BPM in general and how we can build a business case for business process improvement. The presentation is broken in to five areas:Who is Global 360? This section covers the basics of Global 360 as a Process and Document Management provider, our focus on improving document and people-intensive processes, and how we uniquely address both structured and unstructured processes.  It also provides several examples of processes, across industries, where Global 360 has proven success. What are our credentials in the BPM Market?  This section outlines our “high and right” position in the BPM analyst quadrants, our deep and broad relationship with Microsoft and representation of our 2000 global customers. What is the difference between workflow and BPM?  Many times we find that people are familiar with the concept of workflow — simply the flow of a piece of work — but not sure of the differences between workflow and business process management.  This section explores aspects of BPM such as document capture, integration of information from multiple systems, task automation and end-to-end process visibility that work in conjunction with workflow as components of a full BPM suite. How do we approach our business process improvement efforts?  Global 360 has a unique “Persona-based” approach to BPM.  We emphasize how people use the tool vs. the tool itself.  This section covers how each stakeholder in the BPM project will interface with the Global 360 product and provides an overview of our solution. How does Global 360 help to build the business case for process improvement?  This section covers how we work with our clients to ensure that their BPM projects are a success.  Our viewPoint Assessment methodology is something that Global 360 — and/or our partners — deliver to rapidly build a business case as well as user application prototypes.  This ensures the buy-in of the “business” / executives as well as the end users and maps out our path to a successful project. How do you recognize a BPM opportunity?  This section covers who to talk to and what to listen for to recognize a BPM opportunity.
