The objective of this study is to make a comparison between five (5) most affected countries (USA, Brazil, U.K., Italy and India) of the world by Covid-19. The study is based on the secondary data. For conducting this study published data in online portal www.worldometers.info has been used. 4 months i.e. August 2020 to November 2020 has been chosen to carry out this study. For data analysis and interpretation Microsoft excel software (version 2019) has been used. Basic arithmetic technique and ratio analysis has been used in this study for data interpretation purpose. For measuring cyclical fluctuations in Covid-19 cases and its corresponding death cases, visual representation has been incorporated as bar diagram. Relevant images have been sourced from authentic sources and used in this study for satisfying the research objective. Finally the study has revealed that during the period of August 2020 to November 2020 Brazil is the most affected country and United States of America is the least affected country based on the mortality rate among the five countries taken as sample for this study
Anxiety is natural response to any stressful situation. Pandemic can trigger the level of stress and anxiety among people. Present study attempted to assess the level of anxiety among adult in the Indian population during COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. On line survey was conducted with structured questionnaire, a total of 374 responses were received. Non-probability snowball sampling was adopted to collect the data. The anxiety level identified in this study was moderate to mild level. More than 58% had mild level of anxiety and 14% had severe anxiety. 28% of them expressed moderate amount of anxiety. It shows that there is need to create awareness and address the psychological problems during COVID- 19 pandemic lockdown.

Abstract Background: Anxiety is a common comorbidity associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), but no well-recognized method can provide effective relief. Liuzijue Qigong (LQG) is a traditional Chinese fitness method, based on breath pronunciation. This study aimed to examine the efficacy of LQG to relieve anxiety in COPD patients and to explore the factors that influence anxiety, including whether LQG is effective during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak. Methods: We conducted an open-label, randomized, controlled, clinical trial. A total of 60 patients with stable COPD were randomly assigned to two groups. Both groups were given routine medical treatment, and the patients in the pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) group were given an extra intervention in the form of LQG, performed for 30 minutes each day for 12 weeks. Data collection was performed at baseline and 12 weeks (during the COVID-19 epidemic). The primary outcomes were the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores, and the secondary outcomes were relevant information during the epidemic and analyses of the related factors that influenced SAS scores during the COVID-19 outbreak. Results: Compared with baseline, patients in both groups demonstrated varying degrees of improvements in their SAS scores (all P < 0.01). An analysis of covariance, adjusted for baseline scores, indicated that the SAS scores improved more dramatically in the PR group than in the control group (F = 9.539, P = 0.004). During the outbreak, the SAS scores for sleep disorder were higher than all other factors, reaching 1.38 ± 0.67, and the scores for “I can breathe in and out easily” for the PR group were lower than the scores for the control group (Z = −2.108, P = 0.035). Significant differences were identified between the two groups for the categories “How much has the outbreak affected your life”, “Do you practice LQG during the epidemic” and “Do you practice other exercises during the epidemic” (all P < 0.05). Compared with current reports, LQG had a relatively high adherence rate (80.95%). A multiple linear regression analysis revealed multiple predictors for SAS scores during the outbreak: group (b = −3.907, t = −3.824, P < 0.001), COPD assessment test score (b = 0.309, t = 2.876, P = 0.006), SAS score at baseline (b = 0.189, t = 3.074, P = 0.004), and living in a village (b = 4.886, t = 2.085, P = 0.043). Conclusion: LQG could effectively reduce the risks of anxiety among COPD patients, even during the COVID-19 outbreak. For those COPD patients with high COPD assessment test and high baseline SAS scores or who live in villages, we should reinforce the management and intervention of psychological factors during the epidemic.

The authors of this presentation have determined to allow this presentation to be downloaded and used by educators in public, charter or private schools without modification for the purpose of educating students about COVID and COVID vaccination. Abstract:
In the month of December, 2019 there was outbreak of pneumonia with unknown reason in Wuhan, China. Wuhan is the center of attention because of the respiratory disorder cause by a virus called Corona and also known as Novel COVID – 19. Validate the existence of this virus was also diagnosed in Wuhan. Then it start spreading all over the world due to the social gatherings. It ultimately take thousands of people towards death. Then after its huge destruction a final step of lockdown is taken up by the government of each country. The animal-to-human transmission was presumed as the main mechanism. It was concluded that the virus could also be transmitted from human-to-human, and symptomatic people are the most frequent source of COVID-19 spread. The virus-host interaction and the evolution of the epidemic, with specific reference to the times when the epidemic will reach its peak.
Introduction:
There is scanty knowledge on the actual pandemic potential of this new SARS-like virus. It might be speculated that SARS-CoV-2 epidemic is grossly underdiagnosed and that the infection is silently spreading across the globe. There are no comparable analogies to corona virus. This virus is not like any of the other epidemiological threats that have emerged in recent decades; it is less fatal but much more contagious.

Explanation of the research topic (corona virus):
As the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is rapidly expanding in China and beyond, with the potential to become a world-wide pandemic, real-time analyses of epidemiological data are needed to increase situational awareness and inform interventions. The current most likely hypothesis is that an intermediary host animal has played a role in the transmission. Identifying the animal source of the 2019-nCoV would help to ensure that there will be no further future similar outbreaks with the same virus and will also help understanding the initial spread of the disease.
Numerator (cases of corona virus):
Deaths divided the total of deaths plus recoveries. In early days because of the exponential increase new cases significantly outpace recoveries. You’re dividing by new cases but the numerator hasn’t had a chance to catch up to the death toll yet to be associated with those cases. If you look at COVID 19 on Feb 17, you get the 2% number only if dividing by total cases. If you look vs recovered cases, it’s 13%.

The Coronavirus pandemic is presently the topic of discussion among various segments of global society. From the developed North to the developing South, within economically poor and rich countries, the huge rates of infection and resulting deaths from the pandemic has surpassed anything seen for a long time. Health systems and economies in both developed and developing countries are challenged in ways never imagined. The global efforts to mitigate the effects of the pandemic are moving at a very fast pace. Public health information is one of the strategies being used to ensure that persons are knowledgeable about the pandemic and adopt practices and protocols that will stem infections within the community. This study was undertaken to gauge the knowledge levels of journalists in the Nigerian capital city of Abuja and the impact of the knowledge on their attitudes and practices. The knowledge, attitudes and practice study model were used to gauge the interrelatedness of these variables among the study group. Logit regression tests, t-tests, chi-square and descriptive analysis were used to determine knowledge levels as well as what factors influenced attitudes and practices towards COVID-19 within the group. Overall, knowledge level amongst the study group was good and had a positive impact on attitude patterns. However, there was no high positive correlation between knowledge and practices. It is suggested that journalists in Nigeria must adhere to public health protocols in order to be able to engage in multi-platform public health information awareness publications which will sensitize the public into observing the COVID containment protocols.

From late fall to winter of 2020, the further challenge of medical care for thetwindemic of coronavirus infectious disease 2019 COVID 19 and seasonal influenza is imminent. The key to that is the ability of family doctors to protect the front lines of community medicine. It is difficult not only for patients but also for doctors to distinguish COVID 19 from seasonal flu only based on initial symptoms such as fever and malaise. Every year, patients with suspected seasonal flu are tested and, if positive, are treated with influenza drugs. However, due to the expansion of COVID 19, tests using a nasopharyngeal swab have a high risk of droplet infection. In this review, we would like to discuss the clinical similarities and differences between COVID 19 and seasonal influenza, including new findings.The coronavirus infectious disease 2019 COVID 19 pandemic, also known as the coronavirus pandemic, is an ongoing global pandemic of COVID 19, caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 SARS CoV 2 1 .The outbreak was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, China 2,3 .The World Health Organization WHO declared the outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30January 2020 and a pandemic on 11March 2020 4,5 .As of 30 August 2020,more than 25million cases of COVID 19 have been reported in more than 188 countries and territories, resulting in more than 843,000 deaths more than 16.4million people have recovered 6 .The WHO has published a report summarizing the differences between the COVID 19 and influenza 7 . How Is Coronavirus Spread? Here's What You Should (and Shouldn't)

With more than 46,000 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the United States (and more
than 392,000 cases worldwide), it's clear that the novel coronavirus (aka COVID-19), along with
the anxiety surrounding it, isn't going anywhere soon.
Because the virus is so new (it's technically called SARS-CoV-2, FYI), lots of the fear
surrounding COVID-19 stems from how little we know about it. Luckily, experts do know some
pretty important things about the virus' transmission, or how the coronavirus does—and
doesn't—spread.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, COVID-19 is mainly
spread from person-to-person, usually via close contact (within six feet). It can spread through
physical contact like handshaking if someone's hands are contaminated with the virus. And it can
also spread through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes
(again, that's why the six-feet rule is handy: those droplets can travel that far, and land on another
person's mouth or nose, and can even be inhaled).
The virus may also spread from person-to-person through surfaces that have been
touched by those infected. "A sneezing or coughing person will cover their mouth, get it all over
their hand, and then touch something that you then touch," Robert Murphy, MD, an infectious
disease expert at Northwestern University, tells health.com. “The virus can then gain entry into
your body when you touch your own face,” he adds. That’s precisely why experts can only
preach basic disease-prevention measures, like washing hands correctly (20 seconds with soap
and water) and regularly, wiping down common surfaces, and staying away from sick people.
Lastly, another possible way coronavirus can spread between people is via fecal
transmission. According to recent research from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and
Prevention (CCDC), those with confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus (aka, COVID-19) have
live virus in stool specimens, meaning there's a possible fecal-oral route for the virus, as well.
Unfortunately, the only way to truly know if someone has COVID-19 is to test them;
that's because the symptoms of the illness look extremely similar to that of the common cold or
flu: cough, fever, and body aches. It's also important to know that.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.

2. Definition Of COVID-19
COVID-19 was a disease caused by the novel coronavirus first identified in Wuhan, China, has
been named Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) – ‘CO’ stands for corona, ‘VI’ for virus, and ‘D’
for disease. Formerly, this disease was referred to as ‘2019 novel coronavirus’ or ‘2019-nCoV. (Unicef,
2020) The coronavirus is usually transmitted by droplets, such as those produced when coughing and
sneezing, and by direct or indirect contact with secretions infected by the virus. (Debbie Duncan, 2020).
The document advises that suspected cases should be isolated, with professionals obtaining specialist
advice to determine if the patient is at risk of infection, and informing the local Health Protection Team.
Infection is most likely to occur in travelers who have recently returned from mainland China (not
including Hong Kong and Macao) so an accurate travel history is a vital part of identifying potential
risk (Moffat, 2020). What no one knows yet is how the pandemic will end. This coronavirus is
unprecedented in the combination of its easy transmissibility, a range of symptoms going from none at
all to deadly, and the extent that it has disrupted the world. A highly susceptible population led to near
exponential growth in cases. (Denworth, 2020)
Few ways to reduce the risk of COVID-19 is to avoid close contact with people suffering from acute
respiratory infections. Wash hands frequently, especially following direct contact with ill people or their
environment. Avoid unprotected contact with farm or wild animals. maintain distance from other
people, cover coughs and sneezes with disposable tissues or clothing, and wash hands. (Greener, 2020).
Although there is no current treatment for COVID-19, most patients appear to recover without any
therapy. There does not therefore appear to be a need for antiviral therapy in most cases. (Farkas, 2020)
Another approach currently being explored is the use of antibodies developed by the people who have
recovered from COVID-19, to help boost the immunity of those at risk or who have been newly infected
(Pearce, 2020)

Lots of theories and opinions about COVID-19 appeared on How it’s spread, How to Protect
our self and how to Treatment this pandemic, these theories are not always the true fact and some was
only a myth. Here are some other claims that have circulated about how to treat COVID-19 or stop the
transmission of the new Corona Virus, and the facts according to Doctors and health experts. Some
opinions says disinfectant injected into people infected with the new coronavirus could help clear
COVID-19, the disease it causes. The fact is drinking or injecting bleach or other disinfectant is
extremely dangerous and could result in death. Next is the theories about Antibiotics that can prevent
and treat the new coronavirus. But the facts was antibiotics do not work against viruses, only bacteria.
They will not prevent or treat infection with the new coronavirus. (Kelland & Julie, 2020)
There are a opinion too about the spread causes of the coronavirus, they say that the COVID-
19 can be spread by mosquitoe bites and in Chinese foods. But the real fact was the new coronavirus
was a respiratory virus that spreads primarily via droplets when an infected person cough, sneezes or
breathes out. Or through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose. Then we talk about the opinions
about the protection of the coronavirus. Some social media posts suggest that spraying alcohol or
chlorine all over your body can protect against COVID-19 infection but there is no evidence back to
these claims. (Steenhuysen, 2020) And the last was a quenstion about “Will most people who get
COVID-19 will die?” Most people who get COVID-19 will have a mild form of the illness and recover without
needing professional medical care. Around eight out of every 10 people with COVID-19 will have mild
symptoms. Around one in six people will become severely ill and need hospital care. Scientific modelling
suggests that around 1 in 100 people who get COVID-19 will die. (Avert, 2020).
The outbreak of contagious disease in such a globally connected world requires governments,
public health and healthcare systems to work together to facilitate surveillance, early detection, isolation
and case management in order to contain COVID-19 as effectively as possible. This also involves
contact tracing of infected persons to prevent onward spread and the sharing of all data with the WHO
(WHO, 2020d)
4. Conclusions
The unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 outbreak underlines the need for healthcare
managers to maintain vigilance and to be flexible in responding to changing circumstances. Connection
across countries and continents has never been so rapid. While this facilitates the international spread
of COVID-19, it also allows faster and more effective strategies to contain and treat the virus to be
implemented. Healthcare professionals and public health authorities must support evidence-based
measures to address COVID-19 and draw on lessons from the past outbreaks.
