It then examines several key factors that influence the rate of adoption, including social factors like social groups and status; cultural factors like values and traditions; personal factors like age and education; and situational factors such as farm income, farm size, and sources of information used. Other factors mentioned are things like the complexity of practices, ease of maintenance, upgraded technology, and communication networks. Examples are provided at the end to illustrate the concepts discussed.
