Outdoor training is the process
of learning through experience,
and is more specifically defined
as "learning through reflection
on doing". A process which can
illustrate the four-step
experiential learning model
(ELM) as set forth by Kolb. The
important role that the
experience plays in the learning
process and the role
of emotion and feelings in
raising insights, has been
recognized as a unique method
for adult’s learning.

Golf experience
Participants are assisted by a golf expert and management who will accompany them along a path of practice
and reflection on the themes of leadership, the goal setting and the difficulties that may arise in achieving
the objectives. Thought, action, emotion. It is about putting the sequence of these faculties to reach a goal.

Individual and team activities on target focusing.
Wild experience (orienteering and archery)
As a tribe of ancient hunter-gatherers, we are called to move on the territory in exploration and research
and to face the theme of "getting lost" to meet again. Where we are now and where we are going, trying to
use the most powerful tool: collective intelligence. This is a powerful group experience of sharing.
Furthermore we are going to have archery as a fun and challenging team building activity which anyone can
master quickly. Get instructions within the group itself by sharing good ideas and basic competences.
Archery as a powerful unexpected team activity.
Indoor Climbing
A climbing wall is an artificially constructed wall with grips for hands and feet, usually used for indoor
climbing. Here, supported by a professional mountain guide, participants, will experience the taste of pair
coaching. Special designed pair and group exercises, in which we will go through the metaphorical concept of
vertical and horizontal progression. Ad adventure based experience in which you need just basic healthy
physical and mental condition.
Try to merge your personal challenge with the one of others.
FACILITATION
IAF
(International Association of Facilitators).
Facilitation is used in business and organizational settings to ensure the
designing and running of successful meetings and workshops. A facilitator
is an individual who enables groups and organizations to work more
effectively; to collaborate and achieve synergy. She or he is a “content-
neutral” party who by not taking sides or expressing or advocating a point
of view during the meeting, can advocate for fair, open, and inclusive
procedures to accomplish the group’s work.
