This document discusses the duality between initial and terminal function problems for single-delay autonomous linear control systems. It presents theorems from previous work by Ukwu and Garba that provide solution matrices and indices of control systems. The paper establishes that the initial and terminal function problems are topological duals of each other by outlining transformations that can be used to obtain the solution matrix for one problem from the solution matrix of the other problem. This is achieved through key operations including changing variables, integrals, and exponential functions in the solution matrix formulas. The transformations effectively show that results from one problem can be realized from the other, demonstrating the duality between the initial and terminal function problems.
