This document summarizes an experiment to determine if a diode is on or off using voltage testing. The experiment involves constructing two circuits with different resistor configurations and measuring the anode, cathode and diode voltages. By comparing the anode and cathode voltages, it can be determined if the diode is forward or reverse biased, and therefore on or off. The results are recorded in a table and calculations are done to verify the diode status against the measurements.
