substance, inserts the disc into their PC and clicks "Download".
3. The service performs a targeted delivery of the electromagnetic
package from Technology Center (3) to the
user's PC (1), in the course of which the disc in the PC receives the
transmitted IC.

4. After that a glass of water is placed on the disc for transmitting a specific effect on the water.
The technology allows a person, using a PC connected to the Internet, to obtain an ultra-weak
emission characteristic for a particular biologically active substance, and use it in the future, for
example, for the medical purposes of consuming the water that was exposed to the super weak
emission.
Over the last 25 years information medicine and informational medicals have been
actively developing. Since 2004, the Russian-Israeli team of scientists led by
radiophysicists Mark Greenstein develops and tests the IC technology - analog-digital
transmission of informational copies of medicals via communication lines
In the beginning of XX century Russian scientist Alexander Gurvich discovered that
biological objects emit and interact by means of electromagnetic fields. Later, many
studies have shown that electromagnetic fields influence on biological organisms and
effect depends on the characteristics of the field.
French scientist Jacques Benveniste in his works 1988-2004 years showed that the
signals emitted from the chemical substances can be transmitted via the communication
lines and the effect of the signals on the organisms is similar to the effect from the
substance itself.
In 2009 Nobel Laureate Luc Montagnier (Water Conference 2017 Speaker) in his
experiments showed that under the influence of the signals emitted from the DNA
molecules water changes its properties.

IC – INFORMATIONAL COPIES
Clinical and laboratorian results of using IC Medicals Technology
Treatment of duodenum ulcer
60 women (age of 30,5±4,8 years old) with duodenum ulcerdiagnosiswere
examined in the acute stage. Ulcer diameter was in the range of 7,6±0,7
mm. 80% of patients had single ulcers, 20% had multiple ones. Remoteness
of the appearance of symptoms for all patients did not exceed 1 year.
Inclusion into the scheme of treatment of a set of ICs with drinking
water together with Omeprazol allowed obtaining notably better results
of therapy of duodenal ulcer, in comparison with the standard complex
treatment of this disease with a set of medical drugs or with Omepazol
alone.
Treatment of hyperglycemia
6 patients participated in this study. All patients before the study
took oral hypoglycemic medical drugs during a period of 3-6 years.
As a result of using IC Glucophage during 16 months in average:
• blood sugar levels decreased by:
2.4 mmol / l
• weight decreased by:
30 kg
During the study, all oral hypoglycemic pills were discontinued.
Treatment of Hepatitis D
Patient with hepatitis D and with complications in the form of cirrhosis
of the liver and the formation of a necrosis spot. After diagnostic and
selection of the IC Medicals, the patient was prescribed by
practitioner to drink water with IC Ursosan.
Laboratory tests of blood confirm that use of IC Ursosan improves the
state of the liver.

Firstly mice were treated with slow dose of radiation
to reduce their immune system. After this they were
divided into 4 groups and treated in different way:
water from CD without information, water from CD
with IC of Arbidol, water with Arbidol substance and
water with IC of Arbidor and Arbidol substance
together.
In results mice from last group had even more antibody producing cells then before they were
irradiated with radiation.

GLOBAL EXPERIMENT IN THE MEMORY OF J.BENVENISTE

Description of the experiment: Methodology of this experiment is a subject of public discussion
and is described here. The participants (prior and during the conference) will download from the
technical center the IC of chemical substances, such as acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), Glucophage and
others. The experiment will be performed by high-resolution measurements of pH and conductivity
(impedance spectra) of distilled water and normal saline solution with and without the applied IC
(experiment and control).
The main requirements to the used measurement equipment: 0,001pH resolution (for pH
meters), up to 10-8-10-9 S/cm resolution and the frequency range 10Hz-200kHz (for conductivity
meters and electrochemical impedance spectrometers (EIS)), capability to store a stream of
measurement data via USB (it will be used for continuous measurements), thermal stabilization of
samples. Firma CYBRES will support this experiment within the user network of EIS spectrometers,
two such EIS devices (http://cybertronica.de.com/products/MU-EIS-spectrometer) will be granted (to
giveaway) to the experiment participants
The results will be presented in the hall and broadcasted online. Together with that there will be a
demonstration of the influence of heparin IC on blood coagulability and influence of sugar with
glucofage IC on the indicators of glucose inpatient's blood (patients are volunteers with diabetes type
1 and 2).
This is an invitation to join this experiment for the scientists from all over the world, who have
experience of experimentation with water and necessary equipment. One can participate in the
experiment regardless of the conference attendance, it needs to register. After registration you'll

global experiment in the memory of J.Benveniste. The main point of this
experiment is to demonstrate a transmission of informational spectral copies
(IC) of chemical substances from a technical center in Bulgaria to any place in
the world via communication lines. The experiment is easy to conduct and
intends to provide additional evidences towards a correctness of hypothesis

Applications. General applications are high-resolution fluidic/organic tissue measurements
with well-known and well-accepted method of laboratory analysis:
1) Detection and measurements of weak non-chemical water treatment (e.g. hydrodynamic
cavitation, electric and magnetic fields, UV/IR and laser optical processing), water activation
by different conventional and unconventional methods in water filtering/water preparation.
2) (Information) pharmacology and high dilute solutions: detection of fact and intensity of
‘activation’, demonstration of dynamics during first hours/days of ‘activation’.
3) Express identification of extremely low-concentrated additives and contaminations,
classification of complex biochemical substances in field conditions (e.g. in water quality
management or wine/honey production).
4) Detection of distant (non-local) effects, generated by technological devices and biological
organisms, involving quantum phenomena in micro-/macro- systems. Up to now over 1k
published experiments have been performed.
The EIS system alone, or in combination with CYBRES® Fermentation Biosensor for complex
physical and biological measurements of weak effects, provides a high repeatability of results, up to
93.5%, in statistically significant series of measurements. The technology is developed within the
research project, funded by European Commission. The device/technology is a finalist of Innovation

CYBRES® EIS SPECTROMETER

The compact device for differential Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) is capable of
thermal stabilizing the electronic system and samples. This enables accurate and high-resolution
differential measurements, where properties of two fluidic or organic samples are compared with each
other. Such task appears in applications, where e.g. weak and ultra-weak electrochemical changes
should be detected. The measurements involve three quantum effects (known up to now), thus the
system is suitable as a detector of quantum effects in macroscopic systems – it was utilized in multiple
experiments and in the continuously operating online measurement system. The EIS spectrometer
combines several modes of operation (for some of them the patent is pending) and is developed for a
single measurement or for a long-term monitoring with local or remote output (online graphical output
in web). The system features internal 3D accelerometer/magnetometer, energy independent real-time
clock, EM power meter, humidity/pressure sensors and voltage sensors for monitoring environmental
conditions during long-term experiments. USB interface is used for data transfer and for powering the
device. All data are recorded in real time and can be stored in the on-board flash memory with time
stamps.

CYBRES® FERMENTATION BIOSENSOR

This measurement device is a biosensor based on the
ethanol fermentation of 'Baker's yeast' Saccharomyces
cerevisiae, where glucose is converted into ethanol and carbon
dioxide. The amount of produced CO2 depends on the yeast
activity, which can be stimulated or inhibited by the quality and
non-chemical treatment of water as well as by different
emissions impacted prior or during the measurements.
Nonspecific stimulation/pathogenicity is detected as an
increase of pressure in reagent vessels at a constant
temperature in 8 control and 8 experimental populations. A
significant advantage of microorganisms as a biosensor is a
high sensitivity, detection of biological effects, low cost and
rapidity of tests.
Applications. This system allows performing the following measurements:
1) determining the quality of drinking or industrial water, also in the food industry. Specific
feature of this approach is the detection of small concentrations of nonspecific pathogens at early
stages before performing specific bio-chemical tests.
2) detecting and measuring biological effects of non-chemical water treatment, weak
emissions, including EM fields, magnetic and laser treatment of materials, geo-biological
(pathogenic) effects and non-electromagnetic emissions from various artificial and natural
sources (e.g. in water filtering/preparation).
3) detection of biological effects for information imprinting ('activation') in terms of 'stimulation' --
'inhibition'; detection of biological effects from different unconventional technologies and devices.
A rapid accumulation of statistically significant measurement data is possible.

To prevent the effect of biophotonic transfer between populations, all tubes are separated from
each other. The CYBRES® EIS spectrometer and the Fermentation Biosensor are complementary to
each other: EIS approach allows determining the presence of treatment/emissions ('activation'),
whereas the Biosensor detects nonspecific biological effects. Combination of both approaches
enables increasing the reliability of measurements by well-known and well-accepted physicochemical
and biological techniques.

CYBRES® BIOFIELD SENSOR

The device is based on sensing bio-physical effects
produced by human organisms, in particular changes in
thermal, magnetic, electric, biophotonic and other fields,
as well as possible quantum effects related to human
consciousness. The primary sensor elements are the
electrochemical analysis of water and technological
sensors measuring temperature, humidity, EM fields and
other parameters. The device fuses sensor data and
estimates the intensity of effects.
Applications:
1) Sport and fitness, in particular in combat sports, Qigong, Chinese martial arts or similar systems,
by measuring the impact before and after the training; estimating the efficiency of particular
training sessions.
2) Physical and mental training, in self-developmental purposes, self-healing training, also for
healer’s certification purposes; training techniques based on the real-time feedback, for
developing and training unusual capabilities of human organisms.
3) Experimental applications are in field of work load management for estimating a tiredness of
personal, detection of geobiological and cosmological factors impacting professional
activities (that e.g. require a high degree of concentration or constant physical readiness).
4) Environmental data logger - high resolution measurements of different environmental
parameters.
The measurement includes single- and differential mode -- before and after the training session --
as well as the local (by touching the sensing elements) and distant modes of operation. Duration of
measurements depends on the requested accuracy/mode and varies between 30 sec. and 15 min.
One of the main features is related to generating a real-time feedback to persons performing local and
non-local influences (e.g. healing) or mental training. The device is optimized for usage in sport and
fitness activities.

The high degree of informativeness of the Dynamic Electrophotonic Imaging (EPI) analysis based on
Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV) method [1] applied for studying liquid-phase subjects was first
demonstrated during the study of the glow of microbiological cultures [2], blood of healthy people and
cancer patients [3], reaction of blood to allergens [4], homeopathic remedies of 30С potency [5], and
very small concentrations of various salts [6]. The differences between the glow parameters of the
NaCl, KCl, NaNO3 and KNO3, solutions and distilled water were observed until the 2-15 dilution;
however, the dynamic trends of the 2-15 dilution and distilled water still had different directions. T he
studies of the glow of natural and synthetic essential oils with identical chemical composition
demonstrated statistical [7] differences between oils that were obtained by means of natural and
synthetic processes, between oils of organic and regular origin; between oils obtained in different
climatic conditions; and extracted by means of different methods; between oils with different optical
activity; between fresh oils and oils that were oxidized by various methods. Interesting application – is
detection of water reaction to human intentions [8]. Review of the physical principles of operation and
different results are presented in [9].
Electrophotonic Imaging – Gas Discharge Visualization (EPI/GDV)
technique is based on computer analysis of stimulated by
electromagnetic field glow of liquids. High selectivity and sensitivity of
the EPI/GDV approach is proven by the research of different authors.
EPI/GDV parameters depend on the chemical composition of a liquid,
but most interesting is their dependence from structural properties of
water and the possibility of data transfer through water. Measured
parameters are defined by the emission activity of surface layer of
liquid, which depends on surface-active valency. It is clear that this
property is defined by the structure of the near-surface clusters, so
the EPI/GDV method may serve as one of the informational methods
of study the structural-informational properties of liquids.

9. UM AND UL- HEALING DEVICE BY NEW PARADIGM SCIENCE
Scientific Description:
Every matter has accompanying wave. I developed a technology to transfer the inherent wave of
the matter (‘3D wave’ which I named) to water and other medium. Thus, water containing 3D wave of
specific hormone or drug is working like the original material (UM), which could be called as ‘water
memory’. In addition the technology was developed to digitize 3D wave of the matter. Digitized 3D
wave can be stored in computer and 3D can be modulated to electricity (UL) for healing purpose.
UM (Healing Mineral):
UM contains a special combination of ceramic balls to produce alkaline
reduced water with balanced essential minerals. UM also contains special 3D
wave of nature with a healing power. By contacting UM, any water can be
turned into ‘healing water’ which boost natural healing power in a short
time. With UM water, the followings are observable: purification of acidified
blood, increasing of immune functions, special superiority to reduced active
oxygen and good energy harmonizing with our body. In animal model UM
shows anti-cancer effect and anti-diabetic effect and also reduced
cholesterol and triglyceride level.
USAGE: Fill up UM container with drinking water. Life span of UM is 6 month.
UL (Healing Electricity):
Digitized 3D wave of the substance could be modulated to electricity and
could be used to change the characteristic of electricity. Harmful nature of
electromagnetic wave is changed in human beneficial way by UL. Various
effects are observed by UL. Brain wave is stabilized while watching a
computer monitor. The symptoms such as shoulder pain or eye congestion
occurring from long time computer watching also disappeared. Electrical
cooling system does not make people feeling tired. It is also observed that
food made by electrical cooker or microwave tastes better and freshness
maintained longer. Especially, mobile phones gives people good feeling and
do not get hot even after long usage. If mobile phone does not get heat, it
means that UL could be used for electricity saver. In actuality UL reduces
total electricity of house at least 20%.
USAGE: Plug UL into any consent in the room you reside. Then every electrical device in the room
could be turned into healing device.

10. "SPINOR" AND "VERNADA-GEO” DEVICES
Spinor
The Spinor device neutralizes harmful effects of torsion (information) component of
radiation of mobile phone (MP3 player, laptop etc.) and creates a biologically safe area
around a phone. The device does not interfere into operation of phones and other
electronic devices.

Protective device “Forpost-1” is a reliable and convenient way to protect people
from the negative influence of torsion (information) component of electromagnetic
radiation emitted by monitors of personal computers, TV sets, other electronic

Vernada - Car
To protect car drivers and passengers from the negative

determining the location of geophysical anomalies (GPZ) in the form of diverse
nets and spots, for example Hartmann and Curry grid, the changes of the
electromagnetic component of the geomagnetic field of the Earth in the diapason
of 5÷10 kHz, sensitivity spanning from one to hundreds of picovolt. The device is

11. BIO-IDENTICAL SIGNALING TECHNOLOGY
Now, because we know more specifics about the attributes of water, it is possible to utilize,
optimize and explain a bio-physical process that could be called indirect-induced-NIR repair process.
Herein, the electromagnetic energies are in the far-NIR range at 1200 nm and higher, always precisely
matching the absorption peaks of water. At these peaks, water not only absorbs the energy, it also
transfers (ultrafast) the energy between networked molecules, or more precisely through its hydrogen
bond network. If the volume of arranged water molecules is small enough, like the water molecules’
network in a cell, it even alters the attributes in the so-called EZ water. This cascading effect is
unlimited in distance, as long as the water molecules form small networks or are connected to each
other as in humidified air, but not accumulating to bulk water. Inevitably, it then transmits the energy to
all components that are imbedded in such a network of water molecules, and the embedded proteins
receive that as an energy kick to re-modulate. Because of the energy conversion during the transfer
from electromagnetic energy to hydrogen bond energy to the receiving protein, this process could be
called indirect-induced-NIR process. Again, this indirect-induced-NIR process is only triggered by a
very specific NIR wavelength, converted over and transferred by water molecules and then received by
the protein.

12. Within the water of our cells, molecular oxygen is constantly being split apart and used for two
different energy generating processes. One is a bio-chemical process, wherein one O-atom is used for
the ATP production. The second one is a bio-physical process, wherein the excited ROS emits its
electromagnetic energy (NIR signal) when it transfers into the more preferred unexcited state. This
excited ROS is called singlet oxygen. Its ROS-specific signal can be measured today in any living cell
that metabolizes oxygen. Current research shows that this indirect-induced-NIR repair process is
actually a permanent ongoing event in our cells.
This bio-physical signal coincides with a property for which water actually has an absorption peak.
For more than 30 years, experiments and attempts have been made to use this specific
electromagnetic energy by at first creating singlet oxygen and then “harvesting” only its emission.

Problem: On its way from the spring to the tap, water travels through long straight pipes made from
different materials — lead, asbestos, plastic, etc. This is not water’s natural environment, as water
normally flows across different types of rock and through different layers of soil. Substances with
which water comes into contact have a vibrational effect on the water*, and this vibrational effect
can be imprinted into it for a certain period of time — coherent domains of water molecules

Solution: With the Flaska bottle, we bring the vibrational structure of water* closer to the structure
of spring water, i.e. water in its natural environment - this is called water structuring. Using TPS
(technology of programming silicon), a vibrational programme consisting of various kinds of
information from nature is imprinted into the glass.
Technology: Glass programming using the TPS procedure
• First, three symbols are engraved into the glass: the first one is the batch designation (e.g. ACK1),
which allows for quality management and monitoring. The second one is a (circular) cosmogram or

Imagine plates of glass arranged vertically one in front of another. A beam of light shines through
horizontally. If one of the plates of glass is put at an angle, part of the light is directed away. The flow
of light is thereby restricted, similar to the reduction of energy in an organism. Of course the light loses
intensity when it flows through several parallel plates of glass.
Every water molecule has its energy vector, its alignment of energy. If the triangles of water
molecules are disordered, they block or reduce the flow of energy. Only ordered bundled energy

molecules in mitochondria.
You can see the even homogenous triangular arrangement: the energy of a
body flows through points where 6 triangles meet (hexagrams).
If these points are not arranged with geometric precision, then energy flow is
reduced. But you have to imagine the image in 3 dimensions. The structure
comprises tetrahedrons that meet at a point. And it is these meeting points that
therapy targets to ensure optimal geometric positioning. It is hard for lay people
to imagine the positive results of this reorganization process and specialists are

Pascal’s triangle comes from the French mathematician Blaise Pascal (1623- 1662). The triangle is a
mathematical representation of the structure of water molecules as G. Merkel revealed with a 1 : 30
million magnification. The mathematical basis for Pascal’s Triangle is the ‘binomial’.
(a + b) x (a + b) = a2 + 2ab + b2 and then (a + b) x (a + b) x (a + b)..... Since a and b (the 1 on the
left stands for a and the 1 on the right for b) squaring = 1, because 1 x 1 is 1, not 2 , but 1. At the top
point is 1, underneath 2.

the 2nd layer are two 1, so 1 + 1 = 2. These 2 are underneath in the middle. One layer lower 1 + 2 = 3

The Raman Spectra of Lab Grade Water vs the Water made by a
Coherent EMF Field and the Effects upon Organs in the Human Body.
Dr. Steven Sedlmayr invented a new processor for changing
the structure/energy of bonds in water. As the water was not
acting like normal water, it was decided that extensive
scientific research was needed to define what were new
properties of the water. Having met Dr. Rustum Roy at the
Material Research Labs at Arizona State University, USA, Dr.
Roy agreed to an independent academic study of this new
water. During July of 2007 water studies were undertaken at
the labs of the Material Research Labs at Penn State with Dr. Rustum Roy, Dr. Manju Rao, and Dr.
Steven Sedlmayr. Previously water samples had been sent to them for study, and after finding
differences, it was determined that Dr. Sedlmayr would make a trip to Penn State University to visit
with them and make more studies there.
We tested several hundred samples of DI water from
the local lab source and then compared it to a study
done by David M. Carey and Gerald M. Korenowski
titled Measurement of the Raman spectrum of liquid
water1. In this study was produced the data that was
used for comparison to our independent data to check
for the correlation between our methods and their
methods. We found that our methodology was
producing the same results as theirs.

It was found that Divinia water has rather extreme differences in the OH-stretch bond between the
hydrogens and oxygen in a water molecule compared to a “normal” water molecule, and that the
total energy in the bonding system was radically different than in “normal” water.
Futher testing was then accomplished at the University of Washington for EZ water. The test results
showed a rather strong curve for the EZ spectrometry region around 270 nm.

“normal” water molecule, that is, the chemical formula might not be H2O, but something different.
When people that were in distressed health in regards to their kidneys or livers began drinking the
Divinia Water they returned to normalized health. The people were asked to report their blood tests
once a month so charts could be made of them to see what impact it had upon the blood markers in
regards to their distressed organs. It was noted that the blood markers would begin to move toward
more normal readings and then finally settle in the range that was acceptable to physicians that
indicated that their organs were operating normally again and were not distressed.

HYDROENZYMATIC EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY (E.I.E)

A profound understanding of plants, at both structural and molecular level, is the pre-condition for
using these new biocatalytic processes of hydro-enzymatic extraction. This knowledge has allowed
Adamah to obtain a new generation of safer and more complete vegetally derived raw material for
food supplements. In order to have the ability to successfully “attack” a plant structure thus allowing
the recovery of all the active fractions contained within it, it is essential to have an in-depth knowledge
of precisely which combination of polysaccharides-proteins-phenolics constitute the “fabric” of the
plant cell wall. Only with this information it is possible to select the enzyme activities needed to
hydrolyse the entire pool of molecular structures trapped/or linked within the active phyto-complex.
Once the biocatalysts have been identified and selected, it is necessary to plant the best hydrolysis
strategy that will optimize the extraction of all the bio-active components. Processing may be
specifically sequenced and/or combined so as to reduce any inhibitory effects suffered by some of
the more sensitive enzymes or generate synergistic effects. Less efficient enzymatic action will
compromise yield and more effective combinations will create better synergistic, hydrolytic effects,
thus improving the quality of the end product.
This new technology follows the 12 principles of Green Chemistry whose aim is to lower the overall
impact on the environment by:
- optimization of the yields in active molecules;
- production of safer products that do not contain any dangerous or hazardous substances;
- solvent free processing with a low environmental impact, i.e., there is no generated hazardous
waste such as solvent soaked by-products;
- No use of conventional chemical treatments potentially dangerous for the workers such as acid
or alkaline hydrolysis, sulphitation and solvent extraction;
- Reduction/elimination of by-products (the major part of the plant should be transformed in the
end product).
In order to obtain the whole plant phytocomplex, the hydroenzymatic extraction technology exploits
a series of sequential enzymatic processes which use “molecular cuts” to carefully decompose, at a
molecular level, those macrostructures made by polysaccharides and proteins. At the beginning of the
extraction process, the specific biocatalytic treatments allow to hydrolyse the structural molecules
constituting the vegetal tissue and to obtain the active principles contained in the polysaccharidic
structure. Moreover, these first treatments create the access points used by the following biocatalysts
which will conclude the hydrolysis process. At the end of the process, all the functional molecules
contained in the original plant tissue are soluble and bioavailable in an aqueous environment (Figure1).

ADVANTAGES OF HYDROENZYMATIC EXTRACTION
With hydroenzymatic extraction it is possible to produce high quality food supplements that are both
extremely safe and contain the complete mix of bioactive molecules present within the plant,
consequently maintaining the refined equilibrium of composition and interactive chemical
concentrations originally developed by the plant. The food supplement thus becomes an effective
shuttle for the effective delivery into the body of the chemical complexes found naturally within
vegetals.
In order to produce the HydroEnzymatic Extracts (E.I.E), a pool of enzymes that work on each plant as
“molecular scissors” is selected. Molecular scissors are also naturally produced within the body.
These, too, will work on the plant material in order to break it down. Quite often, though, they are less
effective as they
- have low efficiency, change from individual to individual,
- can act slowly, up to several hours after ingestion.
MOLECULAR CHARACTERISTICS OF AN HYDROENZYMATIC EXTRACT
All active molecules contained in the E.I.E are quickly bio-absorbable as the plant has already been
“pre-digested” through the specific enzymatic actions. Therefore, the E.I.E. has the following
advantages:
- high bioavailability, high efficacy, quickly effective,
- Complete phyto-complex availability.
After the enzymatic hydrolysis used to produce E.I.E., we get molecules with small dimensions which
are therefore much more easily absorbable by the organism.
Throughout Infrared Spectroscopy (IRS) has been shown the perfect matching between the E.I.E and
the starting plant material has been shown. The IRS provides the “vibrational fingerprint” of the plant
and the extract analyzed.
