this report contain mainly initial training conducting to civil engineering undergraduates. report contains high rise building construction day to day works.
In addition to encouraging the consistency of code interpretations, the document addresses other aspects related to the NGV repair garages including: permitting, recommended practices, training, operations, and budgetary costs. Several case studies detailing the modifications and methods of compliance are also presented to provide a point of reference and to illustrate how others have upgraded existing garages for NGVs.

Regular vehicle inspections and a proactive truck maintenance program can help you control costs and keep drivers safe while on the road. Your maintenance program is essential to discovering unsafe conditions before they cause an accident or lead to a costly breakdown — not to mention fines or being put out of service during a roadside inspection.
At this HNI University workshop, a former FMCSA inspector will discuss critical elements of an effective vehicle maintenance program and share areas where many motor carriers fall short.
How to prepare recovery or revised schedule rev.2Abdelhay Ghanem
See my solution for one of the most hard issue which is facing most of planners while they are preparing recovery schedule.
I prepared, then uploaded a file to explain how to prepare a recovery baseline schedule (In English). With the new concluded equation (Ghanem equation) it is now easy to apply on Primavera.
To achieve early objective good managers supervise their workers. Top management supervises the work of management and management members supervise the work of non-management members.

The NOSS was initially developed in 1993 and the first revision was done
in 1998. It was subsequently updated in view of the advancement of the
automotive technology and upon the request made by the Automotive
Skills Development Advisory Committee.
This session revised only the Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 requirements
which currently are of priority to the automotive industry. The panel of
experts concluded that this job area required significant range of varied

work activities, performed in a variety of contexts. With the current
shortage of skilled workers in this industry, the need for structured training
is essential.
Automotive Technician 1 is to replace the existing Motor Mechanic Level 1 in
view of the nature of work that has been revised. In addition, the committee
members felt that it is appropriate to adopt Automotive Technician 1 as pre-
requisite for Motor Vehicle Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician 2 and
3, Natural Gas For Vehicle (NGV) System Installer, Tyre Technician,
Automotive Panel Beater, and Automotive Air-conditioning Technician.
