Tailored to Needs At the outset of any programme, we conduct an initial assessment with questionnaires or interviews before the programme commences to identify the areas for individual improvement. This is to ensure we meet the needs of all individuals and focus on improving competency in the areas where a need has been identified. Once we have carried out an analysis, aims & objectives are agreed, and goals are set. Accreditation from the Institute of Leadership & Management The curriculum and learning materials are developed to meet identified needs.
