This invitation-only program matches top talent employees with external executive mentors over 9 months to help them develop professionally and personally. The program aims to enable mentees to address specific development areas important for career success and organizational goals. Mentees receive one-on-one mentorship, workshops, and networking opportunities to broaden their knowledge and skills. The cost for sponsoring organizations is $2,950 plus GST per mentee.

This invitation only programme will help shape and grow your future leaders.
Our unique offering enables ‘up and coming professionals’ access to leading
external executives that are passionate about supporting the development
of top talent.
Our Acquire Knowledge Mentoring Programme has been designed to
support your nominated top talent (the mentee) to realise opportunities –
both professionally and personally.
The objective of the programme is to enable mentees to address the
specific development areas that are most important in order for them to
be successful in achieving their career potential, role effectiveness and
contribute to the organisations aspirations.
As the sponsoring firm, you elect one of your top talent to the programme.
They are then matched with one of our external executive mentors, based
on the mentee’s development needs, backgrounds, compatibility and
chemistry.
What’s included in the programme
> The commitment and expertise of a leading external Executive
as their individual mentor (for 9 months).
> Mentee educational workshop with an accredited coach,
with resource toolkit provided.
> Minimum 6x one-to-one’s with their mentor, typically
every 6-8 weeks for one hour.
> An opportunity to broaden their knowledge and networks
with other mentees from within the programme.
> End of programme cocktail evening for all mentees and mentors.
The Acquire Knowledge Mentoring Programme is charged
at a cost recovery price of only: $2,950 + GST.
Support is available from an Acquire Knowledge
coach throughout the programme as required.
