My expertise and passion lies in people & business growth. After studying Engineering and then Marketing, and developing a career in recruitment (in the UK) I moved to Sydney in 1998. I joined the newly ASX listed recruitment & careers business Ambition where I was instrumental in developing the business from it’s early inception. At the age of 30 I was appointed Divisional Managing Director, responsible for driving and developing the business strategy, sales, processes and culture – hiring, training and coaching a dedicated team of over 50 Consultants within four offices across Australia.
