structure, but flexible enough to

5. PREPARE PARTICIPANTS FOR SUCCESS
Keep all participants informed
during and after the program.

Educate everyone on the goals
of both the program and
organization, best practices, and
training processes. Make sure
people understand the resources
that are available to attain the
best results.
6. EMBRACE THE ROLE OF MATCHMAKER
A great match between
mentor/coach and employee can
do wonders in ensuring the
effectiveness of the program.
