Evidence of saxon thing
- 1. Evidence The location for my photoshoot was the field because it was very rural and therefore would give the impression that the artist is in touch with nature and could decide the particular target audience who would be attracted to this type of music. This is because the genre would be determined through the location as it shows an unspoiled landscape which links well to the chosen genre of Indie as it was fist created as a form of hippie music which is most certainly in touch with nature. Before we went to the location I told my actor what to wear, jeans with a white top and a denim jacket which is quite casual as it represents the music which focuses on individuality, I also informed him of wearing suitable footwear in order to stick to the risk assessment. This was so he would be prepared for the arrival at the location, as we did not have much time because the sun was beginning to set and we were going to lose good lighting. When we got to the location I told my actor how and where he should stand in order to match my plan. I set up my equipment in the middle of the field so that it looked down through the other fields and highlighted the genre which is focusing around being natural through expressing your individuality. As the photos were relatively simple I only needed a camera (with the battery and SD card) and a tripod. I was not too focused on my actors face as it was going to be covered for my poster and digipack with flowers, to imply that my actor is showing an expression of individuality because the flowers (that represent his inner self) are covering his face (which portrays a mask). My photoshoot started too over exposed so we dimmed down the exposure in order to make the images clearer. After we took photos in the middle of the field we moved to a tree and took a couple of photos there where my actor stood on different sides of the tree to determine which side revealed a nicer view of the field. After just under an hour all the photos I needed had been taken and we had stuck to the risk assessment so no camera equipment was damaged and no one was hurt.
