The student learned important skills for planning and producing media products from their preliminary task to the final project. They gained knowledge in using camera shots, hiding clues, and creating suspense. While the final product was not perfect, the student is proud of improving their skills in media technology and working with a collaborative group.

2.  Looking back at my preliminary task, I feel that my knowledge and
skills have definitely been broadened.
 I now realise how important it is to plan out your initial plans and
ideas until now, because without it everything would become very
problematic.
 Blogging helps to keep your audiences updated with your thoughts,
researching and planning, and interested in the final product.

3.  I have learnt from knowing very little about media technology
beforehand to now using programs and using equipment efficiently.
From the rules set for the preliminary task such as the 180 degree
rule, I have learnt how to produce and use diverse camera shots to
highlight different clues and also hide the concealed kidnapped in
my media product which allows the audience to keep guessing and
highlight the convention of suspense.

4.  Overall, I have come a good way since before I started this project.
I took familiarity from the preliminary task, and from previous work
that I’ve done and interlinked them into our final product in order to
create a complex story line of abduction, fear and mystery and
make it real.

5.  Although the end product was not what I was expecting, I am still
proud of the work we did together and hope in the future that I can
get another group of people that work together as well as we did
and make our end product even better!

6.  I am certainly proud of the end result, and hope the rest of my
target audience take a liking to it, especially that I have received
positive feedback from those who have watched it already. After
finishing it, I’ve thought up and would have loved to add more
scene but it can wait until next time.
