1. Ms. Polina Medvedeva, born on February 20, 1993 in St-Petersburg, Russia, took part in an internship from
15.09.2013 to 07.01.2014 in our company Pepperfish. Pepperfish is an Innovation Consultancy helping blue
chip companies to develop and launch new products and services.

 Collecting the customer data on the topic of Product and Service satisfaction
 Assistance in ongoing project management (i.e Fressnapf shelves design)
Ms Medvedeva demonstrated a high level of initiative, dedication and motivation. In every task she discharged
her duties to our general satisfaction. Thanks to her very good motivation and knowledge, she managed to
perform her task self-contained and in a very structured way. Ms Medvedeva made very good use of the
method and tools Pepperfish offered her, even more, she detected gaps, made very constructive suggestions
and also managed the implementation of those. She was an intern, who approached the tasks she was given
thoroughly. She performed the tasks assigned to her to our full satisfaction. Ms. Medvedeva proved to be a
responsible intern, who enjoyed a good relationship with supervisors and colleagues alike thanks to her
objective, helpful manner. Her behavior and manner towards superiors, colleagues and business partners was
always satisfactory.
