The document outlines initial ideas for a pop music magazine targeting 16-18 year olds. It discusses choosing the name "Fusion" to represent the blending of different music styles. The target audience of 16-18 year old males and females is chosen to be exposed to the magazine through sales in colleges. Initial cover ideas include featuring a female artist to appeal to both male and female readers, following the rule of thirds for layout. The contents page would list articles, section them, and continue the style of the front cover. A double page spread is planned to have a main artist image on one side and a smaller one with an exclusive interview in a question and answer format using different text colors.

Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

1. Formal proposal
Title of magazine you wish to produce:I have decided to name my magazine Fusionas pop is a genre
of music that uses elements from different styles of music, Fusion itself means ‘a process in which
different styles, ideas and designs combine to form something new.’
Explanation of choice of genre:I decided to do a pop magazine because pop infuses elements of a
variety of different genres into one so there will be parts of it that appeal to a different range of
people. From my own research I discovered that pop was one of the preferred genres of music from
my target audience so it is the clear that the magazine has the potential to have a very large reader
base. Also, pop is a genre of music that I genuinely listen to and thought that it would be better to
design a magazine about a genre that I have knowledge of anyway.
Target audience: The target audience I have chosen to aim my pop music magazine at is male and
females between the ages of 16-18. Because of having students as a target audience I would keep
my magazine relatively cheap so they can afford each weeks copy, I would also have the magazine in
colleges around the UK as for the target audience to buy the magazine they would need to be
exposed to it on a daily basis and so the best place to sell it would be colleges. Because my target
audience isn’t based around the gender of the person there will be a variety of mixed articles,
competitions and exclusives to keep both a male and female reader interested in the magazine.
Initial ideas about the front cover:Initially I decided I wanted a medium close up of a female artist
on the front page, this is because a female target audience would look up to the artist while a
stereotypical male target audience may be attracted towards the magazine because of the female
artist on the front cover. My cover would be in line with the rule of thirds as it is an easy and
successful way to lay out a magazine front cover and the magazine front covers that I analysed also
kept in line with the rule of thirds. The masthead of my magazine will start in the top left hand
corner of the magazine; this is to make it clear to a potential buyer which magazine it is when the
magazine is stacked up on a shelf. I’ll put a header and footer on the page giving the reader
information about competitions and gigs/cd releases on the front cover and a main cover line with a
few other cover lines about some of the contents featured inside the magazine. This would attract
new readers as they are aware from the cover what kind of information is featured inside the
magazine.
Initial ideas about the contents page:The contents page would continue on the house style and
colours of the front cover but feature more photos of the artist featured on the front cover and
different bands featured inside the magazine. This helps to encourage reader familiarity with the
magazine as the style of the magazine is continued throughout. Like most other music magazines
mine will include a note from the editor as it makes the reader feel as though the magazine was
written directly for them personally also helping to strengthen the reader base of the magazine. It
will also include information about where in the magazine an article is placed, sectioning off the
main cover line and cover lines into their own separate section so if the reader saw an article on the
cover they wanted to read then it would be easy for them to locate it using the contents page.
Initial ideas about the double page spread:For the double page spread I will include one main image
of the artist on the right hand side and a smaller image in with the interview, this is a common
element of some music magazine and therefore I believe it will be the best way to lay out my
2. magazine front cover. The interview will be an exclusive interview with a new up and coming pop
artist in a question and answer style using a different colour text for the question and the answer
making it clear to the reader which is which.
