Evaluation of my final advert
How does your finished product compare to your design?
My final advert is exactly the same as my initial idea.
I do not have a colour scheme expect from it being graffiti. The block designs
stayed the same as I have kept to my initial idea.
My target audience is the same because I liked to reach out to the same
audiences.
How has technology, (computer, digital, printer) helped you turn your
design into a real product?
Technology has played a big role in making my product come alive.
I was able to use photo shop and I learned how to change things and make it
effective.
It had different elements and tools I could use to make my product look
effective and catch people’s eyes.
I was able to choose from a range of fonts and colours.
Do you feel that your product is suitable for your target audience?
I feel that my advert is aimed at my target audience as it is a young, fresh
scent and unleashes the rebel inside.
I have deliberately chosen graffiti in my advert because children of this
generation are into graffiti and like to be rebellious.
Describe two challenges you have overcome?
The first challenge I had to overcome in this project is learning how to use all
aspects of photo shop which was vital in making my advert look realistic
I learnt to change features and to be able to make my bottle my own and
effective.
The second challenge was trying to find out what my target audience liked
and wanted in a perfume, also what would catch the eye of my target
audience.
Describe the technical skills you have gained?
The technical skills I have gained are how to rub out words or pictures and
change them to new ones, which look like they belong there.
I have learnt to place layer on layer and make my advert really effective.
Secondly, I learned how to rotate and arrange text in photo shop and change
the colour or shade in the colours and make new ones.
