Evaluation 4:
Who would be the audience for your
media product?
Rating of Our Film
• I Would rate our film to be a 15 due to the
psychological narrative of a psychotic
murderer, which most probably will contain
strong language, strong violence and gore.
Although you don’t know this at the
beginning, making it more unexpected to the
audience.
.
• I think that our film will be aimed at older teens and
above, this is because the film focuses more on the
psychological aspect rather than the action with a complex
narrative which younger teens may find harder to follow.
People who like twists and unpredictability will find this
film particularly more enjoyable, as the film has red
herrings through-out with a shocking ending. The film will
be appealing to both females and males as males will enjoy
the action and violence side to the story-line, whilst
females will like the romance between the 2 main
characters in it as well as the dominant male character. The
audience may be particualy well educated as the film will
include elements of a assumed knowledge that the
audience will have.
