2. Generally I think it is possible to say from the research I have
conducted around the thriller genre that most thriller genres do tend
to have content and specific moments of action that makes them
inappropriate or not suitable for teenagers under the age of 15 to
watch. From conducting my general research I founded that due to
the main purpose of thrillers involving the concept and idea that the
audience was deeply intimidated, trilled and shocked by and in order
for producers to do this they must include material that would make
an adult feel these particular emotions meaning that for most under
the age of 15 and in some cases 18 the content within the thrillers
would be potentially too intimidating or damaging for the induvial.

3. SOME EXAMPLES-
In general the average age rating for a thriller film would
be 15 due to wanting the audience to feel thrilled and on
the edge on their seats throughout the duration of the
film. However obviously there are some exceptions to the
figure as it is just an average estimate. An example of a
film that doesn't follow this average is inception. Inception
is a thriller film however to has a rating of 12A which
shows that despite the content in most thrillers being too
much for a demographic younger than 12 there are some
that are suitable making it very dependent on the specific
film.
