Developed the entire food service experience, starting with the repurposing of a body shop area.
Looked for sponsorships and co-marketing agreements (15 partners found) for an amount of almost
200k € for equipments and food service tools in order to optimize and decrease start-up costs.
Planned events through the coordination of regional political entities and managers from all over Italy
and developed new business networks also with foreign places. Conducted problem-solving accross
different areas (planning and scheduling activities, real-time IT problems).
05/2014–08/2014 Project Manager
PLP srl, Verbania (Italy)
Provided strategic advice to improve company position in the market. Worked on cost optimization,
activity scheduling and management of new customer requests in order to reach company goals and
improve sales. Submitted expert advice for Gaia Group (Hong-Kong) and other external projects such
as the opening of a new gourmet restaurant in Roma Fiumicino Airport in 2016. Planned and
researched the legal requirements for a new cooking academia opening. Planned events in China,
Taiwan and New Zealand. Drew up business plans in support of all external projects.

Maintained public relations with very important guests and journalists. Planned events and activities
with special attention to organizing merchandise, developing a press kit and answering owner and

Found new sponsorships to support the new academic year courses and new cooking classes of the
culinary school (Master in Food Culture and Communications: High Quality Products). Found new
partnerships also for one of the main EXPO projects called TERRA MADRE GIOVANI that will take
place at the beginning of October.
