From the book s stand point, you do not die if someone remembers your name. And
if there is one thing that Amabelle passionately resolves to accomplish in the
aftermath of the massacre, it is remembering names. Because if she forgets, she

Passion is an emotion that human beings cannot control, it leads many down paths
they never thought they would go down. I loved football as it became a vessel to
unleash anger and stress, but that passion for that game came crashing down
during sophomore year. That summer continued to have its struggles, but it
continued to improve as football season was about to begin and I could not be
more ready to start a new season. However, that dream season never came for me as

the lower left quadrant in the hypogastric region. Diverticulitis is an inflamation and
infection in the diverticuli, which are holes, or weak spots found in the colon.
This inflamation and infection can effect many tissues if preforations allow the
leakage of infection into the abdominal cavity, such as the bladder, skin, and small
intestines. In this case, fortunately the patient was spared with a mild case and only
resulted in a 3 day hosp. stay. The lining of the sigmoid colon is made up of simple
columnar epithelium cells. Their main function is for secretions and absorbtion.

Takayasus s Arteritis in Northeast Iran
Our aim was to describe the demographic, clinical, and laboratory characteristics of
Takayasu s arteritis the in northeast of Iran. Introduction: Takayasu s arteritis (TA) is
a chronic vasculitis of unknown etiology. TA affects adolescent girls and young
women. It has a worldwide distribution, with the greatest prevalence in Asians 1 2. A
generalized inflammatory syndrome with fever, night sweats, malaise, anorexia,
weight loss, and diffuse myalgia often dominates initial manifestations of TA. These
symptoms are frequently misdiagnosed as infection 3.Takayasu s arteritis primarily
affects the aorta and its primary branches 4. The inflammatory processes cause
thickening of the walls of the affected arteries. The proximal aorta can become
dilated due to inflammatory injury. Narrowing, occlusion, or dilation of the arteries
in varying degrees results in a wide variety of symptoms 5. Involvement of the carotid
and vertebral arteries leads to neurologic and ophthalmologic symptoms, including
dizziness, tinnitus, headaches, syncope, stroke, and visual disturbances. Atrophy of
facial muscles and jaw claudication are mostly late manifestations. Occlusions of the
brachiocephalic and subclavian arteries impair blood flow to the upper extremities,
presenting as arm claudication, pulselessness, and discrepant blood pressures. The
detection of bruits can be helpful in making the diagnosis 6. TA is not very rare in

The 65% cut pellet also had the highest recovery of LDH because of the total
activity units, 869.132 U. The lowest recovery of LDH was affinity purified LDH
with the total activity units of 578.778 U and with a specific activity of 0.504 U/mg.
Some unexpected results may have resulted in human error when determining
absorbance versus time. When using the GENESYS spectrophotometer, our group
did not keep the proteins in the ice buckets for a good amount of time, which may
have resulted in different decay rates for the different purification steps.

under denaturing conditions because it makes sure that even proteins with different

I understand racism, sexism, homophobia and many other discriminating
adjectives that describe the hate people have for others in this country, but I do not

My father has been in my life giving anything I needed to succeed both physically
and mentally and for that, I have so much respect because he has shown love and
caring for me. He did not just believe that I should respect him because he s my
father, but because I choose to respect him for the love he has shown me.
Essentially my point is that authority, no matter how powerful or perfect they
might seem, should earn respect from the people they wish to use their power on
or they are just believing they are above everyone else. I admire the companies and
