achieve compatibility, factors such as 3 D polymeric structures within bone

The purpose for this memo is to address the recent nuclear weapon testing done by
Saudi Arabia. In the Treaty on the Nonproliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) the
state Saudi Arabia acceded on October 3rd, 1988. With the current decision to run
nuclear weapon testing they have gone against this treaty they had previously agreed
upon. Due to concern in the past about nuclear weapons being purchased from
outside sources by Saudi Arabia we need to address the current problem caustically. I
propose a couple alternatives to redress this issue: (1) we hold off on sending military
troops into action, (2) get the current studies on the nuclear proliferationin that area,
and (3) address Saudi Arabia about the reasoning for sudden nuclear weapontesting.
The problem: Saudi Arabia had made the decision to run nuclear weapon testing in

Doomsday In The Odyssey
This poem is relatively related to my childhood. When I got some toys from
McDonalds, I played with it for a while, and set it aside. Then I picked it up again,
played with it for a while, then set it down again. Over the next few weeks, it always
went missing, or I threw it in the bin. This is of resemblance to the boy and the
Trojan warrior toys. Now, I have become more mature and I always either donate, or
keep my old toys in a box for my younger acquaintances because I have learned to be
more responsible and to not waste resources.
I created the mood for the audience using rhyme and some word choices. For
example, in the first stanza, all my words were ending with oy, and contains
alliteration like jumping with joy to give it a sing song and light hearted manner,
which heavily contrasts with the word choice of doomsday giving it a foreboding
or a foreshadowing manner. The birthday is happy for the boy, but the Trojans are
neglected because of the new action figure, therefore having a doomsday effect. This
also brings out the boy s character, a person that likes new things but dislikes the old.

A majority of individuals that inhabit this universe were not born with a talent. I,
unfortunately was no exception. I grew up stumbling through different sports teams
and art classes. From playing games of softball to attending pottery classes, nothing
really stuck to me. I was beginning to doubt I would ever find anything I was truly
passionate about until recently. I have realized that I am passionate about food. Not
just eating it, but also studying it as it is processed though the body. I was initially
introduced to nutrition through my own poor eating habits. I was on the verge of
becoming obese when visited a Nutritionist. I was very overwhelmed with my diet
changes at first, but then became amazed at how much better I felt mentally and
physically. I was so inspired by this that I decided that becoming a Nutritionist would
be something that I want to do for a living. The quizzes from The College Foundation
of North Carolina seemed to support my decisions as well, making me even more
confident to pursue a career doing my passion.

preschool teacher had a hard time understanding her in class and suggested to take

prior medical issues. Therefore, I decided to give Lauren the Goldman Fristoe to

I felt I did a decent job at giving the Goldman Fristoe to Lauren. I read the directions
and tried to make taking the test fun. I used the directions whenever Lauren did not
say the word I wanted to hear and did not talk monotone. I From the view of a client,
