down all home games to get to the field. Before the game we had a ceremony to
recognize all the seniors since it was going to be our final home game. I paid

7.1 Summary of Results
This section summarizes the results of all the statistical tests that have been
performed by this study. The correlation analysis was performed between the primary
variable of FEP Cost % and the Cost Performance, Schedule Performance, Change
Cost % and Schedule Change %. The results show that there was a positive
correlation between the effort allocated to Front End Planning and the cost
performance of the project in DB system, Complex projects and Renovation
projects. The schedule performance was affected positively by the FEP effort only
in projects delivered using CMR system. In general, there was an observable trend of
negative correlation between the FEP effort and the change costs that occurred in a
project. For this test, the statistical evidence was more significant in the case of DB
system, both Simple and Complex projects and New projects. Increase in FEP effort
reduced the schedule changes in projects only in the case of Renovation.
The following table summarized the results of the correlation analysis with the
corresponding p values. A positive value for Spearman s ПЃ suggests positive

What I hope to do in this paper is to show that many of the philosophies Enrique
Dussel writes about in his book Twenty Theses on Politics, have a direct correlation
to what has become to be known as Argentina s Dirty War, with a particular interest
on the struggle of the people, the ignorance towards them and the idea that they did
not exist to their capturers except as things at the disposal of the powerful. (TTP pg.
79). Their reaction to this type of oppression, after years of detention, torture and
death, touches upon Dussel s idea of the irruption of the collective conscious of a
community that breaks the hold of the oppressor and ignites into a collective dissent.

the landscape at this time and what influenced this collective conscious, followed by
a discussion and outline of Dussel s direct experience and observations surrounding

Most of the energy we produce causes waste and pollution. Water allows us to cut
some of this out of the equation. In 1874, a French author named Jules Verne wrote
that hydrogen has the potential to be our next fuel source long before its potential
was even discovered. And above all else, its abundant! Not only is the earth covered
in 70% of water, but 90% of all matter contains hydrogen in it. Hydrogen itself
produces miniscule amounts of pollution when burned. The problem that stands is
that hydrogen is only found as a compound, and not by itself. Water contains a good
amount of hydrogen, but also contains oxygen. However, we can extract the hydrogen
atoms through a process called electrolysis. Electrolysis separates the hydrogen atoms
from the oxygen atom to create HHO gas.
The problem with this however is that electrolysis requires electricity to decompose
the compound. The more current that is passed through the water the more chemical
change it will undergo. Electrolysis is carried out in an electrolytic cell which don t
contain a membrane. These cells contains two electrodes which separates the oxygen
and the hydrogen.
Now when most people think of converting water into energy, they usually think of
