determined that although the cause of death is still unknown, he died when he was only 19
years old. Why did he die at such a young age? From that moment there have been many studies
focusing on explaining his death. One hypothesis is that Aye could be accountable for
Tutankamun s death on the basis of jealousness, need for power and forcing his way into the
throne. Doctors and scientists performed different types of studies attempting to determine if
the Boy King was murdered, sick with any chronic illness or infection, or any other cause of
death. In one of these studies, an x ray revealed there was a blow in the head. Allegedly it didn t
kill him right away but short time after he mysteriously died. The image showed what could have

Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder
Participants
Data as collected for 18 children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder ranging from ages 3;0
to 3;11. There were eight males and eight females who participated in the study and each child was
match on both gender and severity of autism and randomly placed in the ABA therapy group, the
Floortime therapy group, or the control group. Each child received a diagnosis of an ASD using the
DSM V criteria by a qualified, independent Speech Language Pathologist from the community prior
to entry into the study. These children had no prior exposure to therapy programs and did not
receive outside services during the enrollment of the study.
Setting
Assessments and therapy sessions took place in university clinic room that was equipped with two
child sized tables, two child sized chairs, and a toy shelf with a variety of age appropriate toys that
were designed to promote play for children at a variety of developmental levels. Each session was
videotaped for later scoring, with a video camera in view of the child and experimenter. Materials
present at various points throughout the assessment were books, play sets such as a farm or school
bus, puzzles, cars, simple cause and effect toys like a ball spinner or jack in the box pop up toys,
shape sorters, blocks, etc.
Assessment
All participants were assessed using a part of the ESAT as described in part in MacDonald et al
(2006). This direct observational assessment measures performance on several core developmental
skills

of the novel, and even in the last scene of the novel, when Milkman takes flight for the first and
last time, multiple physical references to flight are mentioned. The central idea of flight is what
the book centers around and flight helps create a journey that is full of personal growth and
reflection for the main character Milkman. The countless references about flight, and a link
between self acceptance and naming in the book create the build up that leads to Milkman s
flight at the end of the book. During the first scene of Song of Solomon, Robert Smith is
surrounded by a crowd that is described as half sniggered and half filled with apprehension
watching him before he attempts to jump off of the roof (Morrison 6). Throughout the entire first
scene of the book, flight or things related to it, are mentioned countless amounts of times,
including describing the man as a man flapping his wings and a little bird ll be here in the
morning (Morrison 9). It even talked about Mr. Smith saying that he had blue silk wings
(Morrison 9). As the crowd is waiting, a woman starts to sing a song about flight. The song the

positive stereotypes present two problems: They are cliches, and they present a human being as
far more simple and uniform than any human being actually is (Kress). Stereotypes impact

At dawn on the morning of September 1st, 1939, German forces began their invasion and
subsequent occupation of Poland. Initially, the Nazi takeover did not appear to be quite as
dangerous or interruptive as many Poles expected it to be, particularly in urban locales such as
Warsaw. However, as the days went by, the German occupation became much more noticeable
within the daily lives of the Poles. Rations and other such restrictions were placed on the Polish
people, eliminating the remaining bits of pre occupation normalcy from their lives and forcing

Dystopia has never been a stranger to the science fiction movie genre nor popular culture. Indeed,
Metropolis (1927), set in a futuristic urban dystopia, is regarded as the first feature length science
fiction movie; Professor Saul Tobias of California State University, Fullerton, assigns his Liberal
Studies 300 students to watch the dystopian science fiction thriller, Blade Runner; and The Hunger
Games movie series set opening day and opening weekend gross records in North America.
Although dystopian science fiction films are, by definition, works of fiction, they resonate with its
viewers because the realities of poverty, oppression, and violence depicted in the films are indeed

The Hunger Games is a series that holds the imagination captive, as its stories deal with themes

I tried look straight to the sun just for a few seconds. The outcome turned out that I was color

Understanding why students disengage from school is vital to future planning. Christenson, Sandra
L, Thurlow, Martha L, (2001) discuss the importance of engaging students throughout their
schooling experience. Their research shows that leaving school early is the outcome of a long
process of disengagement from school (Christenson et al., 2001). Indicators of studentwithdrawal
include poor attendance or unsuccessful school experiences such as academic or behavioural
difficulties that often begin in primary and middle school.
Christenson explains that School completion programs require a primary focus on student

family stopped at a Hooverville which they claimed as a safe haven. There was an escalated
situation due to Tom and Jim assaulting a cop, but Jim is the person who turned himself in. The
circumstances in The Grapes of Wrath would often change drastically from a bad condition to the
worst case scenario, but it s quite entertaining.
The Joads found work on a peach farm in Tulare for picking peaches, then they see the camp gate
was surrounded by a large group of men protesting about the peach orchard owners. The peach

Modernist writers went against societal and cultural customs by questioning literature and focusing
on the individual experience of a text. As a result, much of modern literature destabilizes meaning
through the use of ambiguityand suspense. Accordingly, ambiguity plays a central role in James
Joyces short story, Eveline. Throughout the story, nineteen year old Eveline contemplates leaving
her home in Dublin to pursue a happier life with a sailor named Frank. At home, she leads a
dismal life with her violent father, and therefore the prospect of life with Frank in Buenos Ayres
presents itself as an enticing escape. However, Eveline finds herself trapped between familiarity
and freedom, between what she could do and what she wants to do. While numerous critics have
attempted to uncover whether Eveline favours her staying or leaving, the story remains ambiguous
with its two mutually exclusive meanings (Luft 48). In Joyce s Eveline, ambiguity obscures the
answer the reader seeks and reveals that Eveline cannot make a choice because her situation is
inescapable putting the reader in a position of hermeneutic conflict, analogous to Eveline s
