On a late spring morning, within the bamboo forest there s a lake with crystal clear
water. Today I stopped my the lake to grab a quick drink to quench my thirst. I was
staring at the water and lost in my thoughts until a high pitched squeaky voice
startled me, Are you a hybrid of polar bear and a black bear? I turn around and look
down, I find myself face to face with an ugly creature, which I assume is the owner
of the squeaky voice. Upon closer look I recognize the ugly creature as a petite

identical annoying voice Mr. Panda, are you a hybrid of polar bear and a black

What does it take to not be an outsider and to fit in with everybody else? Ponyboy
Curtis in S.E. Hinton s The Outsiders tries to explain that he and his friends, the
Greasers, are more than just thugs. They have low external expectations which also
leads to low internal expectations. His friends have all grown up in poor conditions.
His best friend, Johnny, is constantly beat at home and is only himself when he is
with the gang. The Greasers are rivals with the Socs, a rich gang made of rich kids.
Ponyboy thought that the Socs had it made, but after he meets Cherry he finds out
that they also have external and internal expectations that make their lives not so

the groups that they are in and have a window to escape stereotype threat and into

we analyzed the PwC Securities LLC case provided by you. Our firm decided to
focus on four key topics to hammer in the idea of independence: SEC punishment,
financial services, value added fee arrangements, and prohibited tax services.
1) SEC Punishment
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) acted in a timely and appropriate
manner when addressing the forbidden arrangements that were discovered from PwC
and PwCS. Although the punishments were deemed harsh, the repercussions were
appropriate in this case. The harsh nature of the punishments stemmed from the
speculation of the SEC that PwC and Coopers Lybrand officials were well aware that
the fee arrangements that were made were banned. The AICPA and SEC govern the
rules regarding independence and conflicts of interest that may arise and these
companies were well aware of this governance and oversight prior to arranging the
contingent fees. There is a distinct breach of independence that is formed from the

service overlay network (NGSON) has its functional architecture defined in IEEE

NGSON can support dynamic and static service types, which may be in different
domains. Also, the FEs support dynamic routing, delivery of services and content

On December 26, 1785 Louis Laurent Marie Clerc was born to the parents of
Joseph Francois Clerc and Marie Elisabeth Candy in Balme les Grottes, France.

When the West came to the point of Middle Ages, people crossed the borders that had
drawn on the subject of state and government power. There were two important
events that leaded this changes: Christianity and feudalism.
By the formal recognition of Christianity and embracement of this religion throughout
