In 1989, Shapiro introduced eye movement desensitization ‎reprocessing or EMDR therapy.
This therapy uses horizontal bilateral eye movement, tapping, ‎or tones to stimulate both

discrimination between a man and a women. I am for women getting equal pay as men because
women can have the same qualifications if not better than their male counterparts and are still
underpaid in most workplace settings. Through the years women have been underpaid by their male

recent study it showed how fifty seven percent of people in college were women as opposed to
male. Recently President Obama is trying to get the senate to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act to

Amendment is also trying to work itself into play to help our generations women against such

between men and women 2,500 and if that woman has a child then the gap goes up to 11,000.
Women deserve higher pay in society do same amount of work as men. Depending on a woman s
marital status, education, how many hours worked, age, and area of location the wage gap can be
