millionth time. As Bob and Tammy pass the miles by Tammy begins to doze off, she eventually

1.1Problem Description
Food Service Supplies (FSS) is a UK based provider which provides perishable foodstuff to
catering industry and it started supplying professional catering companies. Upon managing the
foodstuff delivery business, FSS consists of four sub systems and to receive an order, there are
three channels available which are calls directly, online order and paper form order.
It is important for FSS to track information of a customer order and food delivery but somehow,
such service level is failed. The problem of service failures including mis interpretation of customer
order, mis picking of products, damage to goods during distribution and incorrect invoice affects the
customers, managing director and the company staff. These arise from manual order, generation
of dispatch notes and the loading of picked orders onto trucks for delivery, manual picking list as
well as from completed delivery notes and the generation of Invoices. The impact of which is a
dissatisfied customers and losing of business.
As a result, the Managing Director of FSS initiated a project to investigate the requirements for a
proposed Service Level Reporting(SLR) solution. This project is to track service level failures and
report on key performance indicators across the organization.
1.2System Capabilities
The new system should be able to:
Process order between three channels
Collecting and Storing information about customers and its order
Collect information about products

In conjunction with research presented in lecture, Molloy, Gest, Feinberg, and Osgood found that
single sex groups dropped as age increased, but single sex groups dominated throughout, saying
that they aren t the norm. From personal experience, I would agree with the validity of these
findings, as throughout adolescence the majority of my friend groups as small as the ones to which
these authors are referring were mostly the same sex. The authors analyzed then the correlation
between types of groups and behaviors, finding mix sex groups to have the highest tendencies
towards alcohol and cigarette usage, and almost the same tendency for delinquency as mostly boy
