names that come to mind, but two that should be focused on are Frantz Fanon and
Mahatma Gandhi. Both of these men were strong advocates for anti colonialism and

Another aspect of sound in this film was how it affected the story. By using sound
dramatically in certain parts and not using it at all in other parts, sound gave this
story an entity of its own. For example, during long stretches of film with mostly
dialogue, there was no music played in the background, only a phone ringing in the

place during editing shots of the town and images that surrounded this German city.

During the duration of my Advanced Placement global history course, I was the
subject in a class, that, by definition, would be closer to the problem posing
classroom that Paulo Freiredescribes in his piece The Banking Concept of Education.
In his works, Paulo Freire asserts that the problem posing education makes them [the
students] critical thinkers (Freire 221). As Freire describes, a class that implements
the problem posing policy is one in which students are to become critical thinkers.
Freire would have been ecstatic that other educators carried out his ideas in their own
problem posing classroom. My teacher me made it unequivocal that this class was
going to challenge the way we analyzed and understood history. The teacher
continued to describe the role of the student in the classroom; the educator expected
the pupil to analyze readings and argue about what the pupil deemed to be the most
important concepts presented. Regardless of the content, Egyptian hieroglyphics or
Genghis Kahn, while the students studied history, the teacher insisted that the
students evaluated the relationships between the causes, effects, and relevance of

Another factor of logistics is inventory and inventory management. This field in
logistics involves storing of the company s goods, a lack of education and skilled
labour could harm the inventory process by not being efficient enough or not
knowing how the technological side of inventory management works, this could
increase the chances off mix ups or mishaps and therefore a loss of sales or even
the loss of customers. Unskilled labour has been a problem for many companies,
unskilled labour consist of people who get paid a very low wage for the work that
they do which doesn t consist of any skill nor do you need an education. This is a

placed in a major deficit. The other main problem is that the skilled people who have

correct amount of skilled labour to take on the main business operations in order to
achieve what the organisation should.

Introduction
The monastery plan of St. Gall is a document that uniquely captures an early medieval
nature not only in its architecture but also in its life forms.
This plan is one of the most remarkable visualizations of a building complex produced
during the early ninth century.
It provides direct insight into the organization of the medieval monastery.
Making of Plan / Physical Descriptions
The plan of St. Gall provides an overall snapshot of an institution of about forty
buildings inhabited by about 110 monks, with an equal number of laypeople who
served as support staff. The plan was drawn on parchment 30.5 inch x 44 inch sewn
together from five separate pieces. The building name /purpose is written in Latin
using dark brown ink. The designer of this plan also has a dedicatory legend
indicated to the top margin above the cemetery/orchard.
The plan of St. Gall includes a church, scriptorium lodging for visiting monks, a
monastic dormitory, refectory, school, kitchen, bake and brew house, guest house,
abbot s residence, an infirmary, numerous fields and industrial out buildings; along
