This Small Town Means Business: Improving Local Economy When you grow up
in a small town the one thing that is the most difficult to withstand is boredom. At
least, that s how it is for the youth of the area. However, when you look at it from an
older and more mature perspective you might realize that the main issue with some
small towns is job availability, as well as the town s revenue for different projects, etc.
Recently my hometown has been undertaking a few different projects that will really
benefit the area and it s economy. The youth league softball program has grown
tremendously within the past few years. Due to that improvement, Sallisaw was
chosen to host a state tournament. Which was wonderful until we realized that our
softball complex was not best suited for a tournament of this magnitude. This is
when talk began on building an entirely new sports complex for all of the youth
league sports in the area. One other issue arose through hosting this tournament. Out
of sixty three teams who were in the tournament last summer, only one team stayed
in Sallisaw. The rest of the teams were sent to stay in hotels here in Fort Smith, all
because the hotels that are located in Sallisaw did not have an indoor swimming
pool. The teams would rather make a thirty minute commute than stay in a hotel that
does not have a swimming pool. The next project Sallisaw is undertaking is bringing
in a well known hotel

high voltage (13 kV) half bridge power module is proposed. The proposed power
module utilized multi layer LTCC interposers to perform 3 D stack, which provides
series connection between devices to achieve high voltage rating of the power
module. The proposed 3 D stack can be implemented through wafer level packaging
using silicon (Si) and silicon carbide (SiC) devices where paralleling of multiple
devices is required to achieve high current. In the proposed high voltage package
design, through hole vias are implemented to form electrical connections between
multi layer self aligned LTCC interposers. The LTCC interposers also provide
excellent high voltage breakdown insulation for the proposed package design. The
package exhibits lower parasitic inductance compared to the traditional wire bonded
counterpart. In this paper, the feasibility of the proposed power module design was
simulated.

technologies are moving into delivery trucks, garbage trucks, and tractor trailers, as

Hoping that Dorothy gives her the ruby slippers, the wicked witch shows Aunt Em
crying for Dorothy to come home on the crystal ball. Instead of Dorothy breaking
down and giving up, this gives her strength to get the broom. This strength will be
tested when her allies get trapped in the castle by the sentries, the Threshold
Guardians. Fortunately her allies find a way to reach her by disguising as centries.
However the Witch catches them and sets the scarecrow on fire again. Dorothy then
throws water on the scarecrow to put out the fire, but ends up throwing water on the
witch, which makes her melt. This allows Dorothy the chance to get the Broom, not
just get the broom, but it shows the her getting the reward, her trip home. The fact
