pre , meta and post mordanting on color characteristics of the dyed samples has been investigated.
The adsorptionisotherm of madder on woolfibers was found to follow Freundlich type of adsorption.
The addition of salt and acid (pH 4.5) to the dyebath resulted in an increase of adsorption. In relation
to mordanting tests, the use of different mordants and mordanting procedures gave various color
characteristics on dyed wool fabrics. The results showed that all the dyed samples, mordanted and
unmordanted, were in the first quadrant of CIEL*a*b* color space. Mordants such as potassium
dichromate, ferrous sulphate and copper (I, II) sulphate led to the darker and lower chromaticity
compared to unmordanted dyed sample while mordants stannous chloride, alum resulted in the
lighter and higher chromaticity values. Mordanting with the chlorides of cobalt and nickel showed
the minimal color difference (в€†E) with the unmordanted dyed sample. The fastness properties
indicated that in general wash and light fastness of the mordanted samples were higher than the

available in the AdWords interface, this project generated a number of challenges. The most
difficult aspect of the campaign was to express the reasons for purchasing premium ski clothing
within short, text based ads. The ads also had to align with the brands values and not waste money
on irrelevant keywords. This challenge was overcome before and during the campaign via initial
and ongoing communication with the Pure Brandz CEO. Communication was not an issue because
all work on the campaign was performed at the client s office. The client was therefore able to trust
that at no stage would the campaign negatively affect the brand image or spend the marketing
budget unnecessarily. The resulting level of trust and frequent communication were useful in
maintaining a stress free work environment to create an effective SEM campaign. Working solo on

In the past, there have been many concerns surrounding the issue of juvenile incarceration. As per

Although we may mask our insecurities with false confidence and bravado, deep down most
people crave perfection. As the majority of us learn as we age, this idea of perfection is
unobtainable. The older we get, the more we tend to accept the flaws and imperfections that make
us individuals. However, there are others who never learn the hard lesson of acceptance. Instead
they spend ridiculous amounts of money on surgeries, creams and concoctions in order to rid

Juz Kitson is an Australian installation and sculpture ceramicist who primarily works with
porcelain. Kitson, however, also employs many other types of clay and materials which she

Kitson usually begins by creating slip cast moulds to create multiples of shapes, using various
porcelains and clays. However Kitson favours Southern Ice porcelain due to its aesthetic
properties such as its white colour and translucency which often she leaves in its natural raw
state. Kitson then proceeds to paint, glaze and fire her ceramic pieces in communal kilns in
Jingdezhen, China. This is important for her creative process as it helps to connect her pieces to
