Abstract:
With the emergence of more novel and effective drug therapies, increased importance is being
placed upon the methods by which these drugs are being delivered to the body. Different
methodologies have been heavily investigated as possible solutions , one of these methods are
intelligent or Smart polymeric drug delivery systems . Stimuli responsive and self regulating drug
delivery systems have captured the imagination of researchers, in large part because they suggest a
means to mimic the physiological homeostatic feedback mechanisms that are essential for health.
As dysregulation of homeostasis is a feature of many diseases such as diabetes and cancer.
1.Introduction:
Conventional drug delivery systems (DDSs) are often accompanied by systemic side effects that
mainly are attributed to their nonspecific bio distribution and uncontrollable drug release
characteristics. To overcome these limitations, advanced controlled DDSs have been developed to
achieve the release of payloads at the target sites in a spatial controlled manner.
Commercially available controlled release devices offer several advantages, e.g. they maintain the
drug within the desired therapeutic range with just a single dose, they allow localized drug
delivery which ultimately may reduce the need for follow up care, they preserve drugs that are

School shootings strike into the heart of every American. The thought of innocent students, young
with limitless potential, being mercilessly mowed down wrenches one s heart. Yet these events
continue to happen. What could possibly drive a person to commit such a horrifying act? That
single question has created a fierce debate over the causes of school shootings and what should be
done to stop them. The many possible causes include lax gun control laws, poor mental health
services, poverty, culture, psychological thresholds, and even masculinity. They touch on sensitive
political issues that cause intense division. This divisiveness has prevented any federal action
from being taken to directly address the problem. However, it is important to set aside differences
and to act in a pragmatic manner. Although some may not like it, it is clear that the increasing

control laws and the loopholes that exist within them. The failure of the US government to
implement universal background checks and bans on certain types of guns and ammunitions have

The Foreclosure Of The Last Couple Years
Foreclosure in the last couple years has become a well known word to a lot of young people, and
has become more frequent in the last couple of years. My family has gone through the process
and it was a very emotional time for us all. The only home my family was able to get into was one
that could be rented with the option to buy. Having more homes in the market that have that option
makes it not only more convenient, but more affordable for families like mine who have gone
through foreclosure. Giving possible tenants the option to rent towards owing is a great way to get
the housing market back on track. People who are struggling financially cannot afford to just buy a
home. Allowing people the option to rent towards buying, takes some of the stress off the tenants
and allows longer time to come up with the money, which means less people getting evicted or
foreclosed on. The less people that are foreclosed on, the better the market for homes will be.
Currently the market is great for anyone who is financially stable to purchase any home that has a
foreclosure sign out front. If the option rent to own was made more available the people looking
for homes, then it would allow them to save more money until they were financially stable to either
buy the home, or move to another affordable location. The owners who do offer the rent to own
