Objectives
•

To enhance a better system which can provide smoothen and fasten the
system automatically.
• To make sure that all the patients’ data is safely recorded and the files won’t
be lost of corrupted.
• To create a good schedule for every staff and to make sure that there won’t
be any timing clash among the staff.
• To overcome the problem of updating the patient’s information.
Problem statement
• The weakness of the hospital’s system is they are still using the system
manually, so the efficiency is lower.
• They used to keep patient’s data in the files which are not secured and
may be easily damaged or lost.
• Inefficient schedule. Some doctors and nurses might be having the same
timing schedule of duty.
• Problem to update patient’s information correctly and efficiently.
CONCLUSION
From this Access, we can make it easier for us to searching the information
needed. Access is more arranged properly and specific with all the information
gained. Thus, Access should be used broadly for every information.
