1.Go to Mailings tab
2.Click on Envelops
3.Enter Delivery Address
4.Enter Return Address
5.Select envelop size, font style, font size in options
6.Click on print (Keep the envelop in printer’s manual
feeder before click on print)

Mail Merge:
It is used to create form letter which you intend to
print or email multiple times, sending each copy to
different recipients.
Used to insert fields like Name, Address etc.
Word will replace automatically with information from
database or contact list for each copy of form letter.

2.Click on Start mail merge
3.Click on Step by step mail merge wizard..
