A 40-year-old female presented with left lower abdominal pain, anorexia, and weight loss. Clinical examination revealed tenderness in the left iliac fossa and umbilical region. Imaging found a calcified shadow in the left iliac fossa, which was suspected to be an enterolith. During laparotomy, multiple tuberculous ileal strictures were discovered, with an enterolith trapped between two strictures. The strictured ileum was resected and an ileo-ileal anastomosis performed. The patient recovered well post-operatively with weight gain and no symptoms.
