    in Santa Isabel High school.
   Why students are not motivating during
    English class?
   How can students be motivated to learn
    English?
   What strategies helped other teacher to solve
    the problem?
   What strategies could be applied to teenagers
    to get their attention in the English learning
    process?
   General objective
    Engaging teenagers in the English Learning
    Process.
   Specific objectives
   To investigate the causes
   Find out strategies
   To choose a strategy
   To apply a lesson plan
   Cunningsworth says that,” Motivation
    determines the student´s level of attention
    during class, and the assiduity with which he
    does his homework and revises what he has
    been taught during the day.” (59).
