Believe in yourself. You have inborn
ability and capacity to learn.
Nobody is superior and nobody is
inferior in this world. We are unique
individuals. There is only a thin layer
difference between success and failure.
Successful people accepts challenges and
work very hard to achieve them; failure
people blames his failure on different
other aspects. We are complete human
beings. 3
Believe in yourself. You can perform well in the
examination. Yes, I am not less than other. It may be
possible that other’s has more facilities than ‘I’ but
textbook is same, syllabus is same, curriculum is same,
teacher is same and question paper is same for one
and all therefore I have same opportunity than others
to crack the illusion of an examination.
5
Believe in your gained knowledge of subjects
during academic year. I will appear in the
examination. I will write in the examination so I will
prepare my complete prescribed syllabus during an
academic session. A wise student studies well and
studies continuously for covering prescribed syllabus.
It does not matter that some had studies 5 hours in a
week and 30 hours in a month but if a student studies
1-2 hours regularly, s/he will make a big difference in
the examination.
7
Practice according to your own capacity. We are unique in
all most all aspects. If we rely on our own way of learning styles
and practice adequately according to our need, we will surely
be a good performer. It is always attractive to know other’s
way of learning but I cannot copy and instill other’s personality
traits into my own personality. It is always better to practice
according to need and nature of an examination. Wise student
ensure learning so that at the time of examination he can recall
and write on the answer sheet. Proper practice and practice
several times using different tools and techniques are best
solution of many problems.
10
Follow healthy habits and learn from each and every
experience in life. Positive habit formation helps an individual to
become an integrated personality. Good performers always form
right habit for learning new things, at the beginning of a new
academic session. We learn from our different experiences. We
analyze different hurdles, complexities and difficulties during
our learning. We modify our learning styles to rectify these
difficulties for a better performance.
12
Prepare a time table suitable to your ability, capacity,
persistent and consistent nature. Generally it is observed that
student makes a compact time table which may be continue for a
few days but it fails in long term learning. No need to follow
other’s instructions, suggestions and styles while preparing our
time table. We need to prepare a concrete and rational time table
for study different subjects. We need to evaluate our own
capacity i.e.
14
Do not depend on others; work at your own pace. A good
learner does not depend on others notes and resource
materials. A good learner does not think about other’s way of
working. Learning is completely a personal phenomenon. He
develops own rational ways, techniques and tools for concrete
learning. Wise learner does not expect magical support from
other in the examination hall.
18
Do not waste your time with friends for collecting new
notes on untouched topics day before examination. Wise
student takes wise decision for better performance in the
examination. Suppose if a student has prepared 94 percent of
syllabus before one day of examination so he will adopt
practical approach. I think it is better to ensure complete
learning of covered syllabus, proper revision and proper
practice so that there is no place of a little confusion. It may not
be wise to ask notes from friend and preparing it just before
examination. It is completely wasting of time. We want to reach
everywhere but time does not allow us therefore revision is
best medicine rather wandering here and there.
20
Do not learn any new material the night before the
examination. Whatever happened, it happened for good
thing. Whatever you studied, you studied for good result.
Now, it is time to fix your learning. It is time to ensure that
you have learnt very well. Develop a sense of satisfaction, a
sense of confidence and strong will power to rethink,
reconsider and recapitulate for better performance in the
examination. If we write quality answer only then
examiner will evaluate our answer properly. It is not wise
to waste most precious time on exploring new material
before examination.
