Supporting the area delivery team by making sure the administration of the projects
is optimised and completed to a high standard, and ensuring that financial claim
evidence packs are compiled correctly.
• Liaising with clients and colleagues from different areas and expertise in order
to ensure a smooth journey from start to finish for the client.
• Dealing with complaints and acting as a first line of support for clients that
may have encountered any difficulties or issues during the claims process,
and communicating these complaints via mediums such as email, phone and
