  • 1. Capability Building : Why Does it require any Justification for Why Capability Building is Important ? We don’t think So… 
  • 3. A Small Dialogue : Please go by Serial Number 1. WOW.. This is the Latest Buzz.. We should go for this Training 2. That’s really cool. But we are not using this in our project. I don’t think we need it 3. Hmmm. Whatever it is. I will definitely go for it 7. How was your training. 8. It was really good. Though there were some practical aspects missing 9. That’s Great. Hey I have a good idea…. Why don’t we plan a small Brain-storming session with rest of the Team on the same. May be together we may identify the need where we can leverage your training and really get to the practical aspects of the same. Moreover this will help creating WOW factor for the client 10. There is a training planned which I am really very interested in. Kindly help me with the same. 6. Don’t worry about the delivery. Being Effective: An Effective, Agile & Applicable Training Program 1.Hierarchical Execution With Smaller Teams : Providing each one an opportunity to create expertise on the Capability and its applicability 2.Continuous Evaluation & Enhancements : Running the Program multiple times with different teams (view-points) gives us an opportunity to work on comprehensive feedback and bringing the program to real maturity 3.Program Aspects: The program must address the solutioning and implementation aspects and hence ensures delivery of an Practical & Applicable content
  • 10. Taking Concerns one on one Being Thoughtful : Developing a Learning Culture by having these Roles/Responsibilities Learner There is a new Training Program Catalog. Let me check what all exciting new learning opportunities we have. Predictor Our Project future road-map would need these new Capabilities. Let me propose these to Capability Team Mentor The Training program was really awesome . Let me plan an Iteration/Execution for our Team. This will give us an opportunity to cure some grey areas Contributor The Program is good but it lacked some practical aspects. Let me share this feedback Focused This new framework/product developed by Capability Team is really very good and relevant for us. Let me discuss with Team if we can share leverage it further in our project Strategist The team has requested to participate in this Training Program. Let us plan our delivery schedule so that team can participate in this program. This may help us in long run
