9. Reflection Reading is one of the most important subjects in school. The ability to learn about all the other subjects in school depends on the ability to read. I hope to become a reading teacher. My experience allowed me to work with students with a special need. The students have a learning disability where they have trouble comprehending text and they need guidance on how to build up their reading skills and strategies. I feel that one-on-one time is very important and also small group work is crucial for them. These children were able to get the help they need and deserve. I am glad I could be apart of their learning.
