6. I am a huge fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and Minnesota Twins.
My girlfriend actually bought me Twins tickets for my birthday
back in April.
We went to the game on May 30 and the Twins won of course! I
caught a homerun ball during batting practice so I came home
with a free souvenir which was really cool.
I am also a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, which I know a lot of
Vikings fans don’t care for.
7. One Memory that really stands out for me
was when my high school baseball team
made the state tournament back in 2005.
We made it all the way to the
championship game and eventually lost in
the finals.
The best part of the entire trip was having
the chance to play at Principal Park in
Des Moines, Iowa. This was the home
field of the Iowa Cubs. (The minor league
team of the Chicago Cubs.)
Every team was allowed to use the home
and visitor clubhouses. Every player was
also given their own locker to store their
bags in during the game. It was nice to
have an air conditioned locker room
because it was 90-100 degrees every day
that week.
It was also nice to spend a week in Des
Moines and not have to worry about
Work!!

8. For this semester, pass anatomy with at least a B. The lab portion is going
to be a struggle.
Get accepted to the Ed school this spring
Graduate from the University of South Dakota with a major in Physical
Education and a minor in coaching.
Still be on track to graduate in May of 2012. Changing majors has put me
back just a little bit.
Find a teaching job soon after I graduate from USD
• A future goal for me would to become the
head baseball coach at the high school that I
teach at. I played baseball all four years in
high school and I really love the sport. A
dream for me would be to make the state
tournament.
9. In ten years I would like to be teaching in the Northwest Iowa area.
I would like to stay in the smaller school setting because it will allow me
to get to know all of my students on a personal level. I came from the
small school setting and it was nice to be known as a person instead of just
a number.
I would also like to live in a small town somewhere in the western part of
Iowa. I just like the small town. I’m just not a fan of the bigger cities. To
me personally, I would feel safer raising my family in a smaller town than
in the big city.
I hope to be married and have a couple kids by then. (I will be
31….wow!!! Haha)
10. Any Other Questions feel free to ask!
• If someone asked me to describe myself in one sentence I would tell them
that I’m someone who cares a lot about the people in his life and someone who
is very driven and hardworking.
