- Prepare offer letters; maintain employee files, new hire roster, rosters of open
requisitions, joining formalities of new staff members.
- Coordinate with the P.R.O. regarding selected candidates’ visa application
(upon the approval of the Manager) and employees’ newly issued ID cards
and visas for travelling employees as well as cancellation of visas for
resigned and terminated employees
- Coordinate with the accountant concerning payroll, leave and final
settlements preparation
- Arrange travel for employees going on business trip, vacation and repatriation
Portfolio Manager Assistant
- Arrange portfolio for each person
- Communicate with the broker if there are any dispute with the statement of
accounts, invoice and portfolio evaluation for the buying and selling of shares
- Prepare and update shares portfolio evaluation on daily basis
- Update investment evaluation on daily basis
- Organize monthly reconciliation report with all the transactions
