Environmental psychology studies the interactions between people and their environments. It is concerned with how ecological issues impact people's quality of life and humanity's survival capacity. Environmental psychology is related to other fields like environmental social sciences, architectural psychology, and socio-architecture. Researchers study how people respond to and are shaped by the built environment.
