Elias Espino was born in 1985 in Ixmiquilpan, Mexico. He attended elementary school at age 6 after missing kindergarten. After finishing high school, he moved to Pachuca to study English. Upon completing his degree, he began applying for teaching jobs. He was excited to receive an offer from a university, which became his first job as an English teacher and translator.

2. Biography My name is Elias Espino, I was born in 1985 in Ixmiquilpan, but I grew upin Nequeteje, a small village. At the age of 5 I was supposed to attend kindergarten, however I didn’t, so when I was 6 years I attendedelementary school. After finishing high school (preparatoria), I moved to Pachuca to study English at the University. Finally when I completed my studies at UAEH I started to look for a job, I sent my CV to several schools to look for a job. One day, when I was checking my e-mail, I realized that I had a message from a university! I wasexcited to get my first job! Now I work as an English teacher and a translator.
