Phrasal Verbs are a very particular aspect of English and often cause
confusion among people who are learning this language.
Phrasal verbs are usually two-word phrases consisting of verb + adverb or
verb + preposition. Think of them as you would any other English
vocabulary
THE PHRASAL VERB
1. Wake up:This verb is
used to say get up
Every day I wake up at 6:30
2. brew up This verb is
used to say to prepare a
drink
I brew up a cup of coffee and drink it up
3. Come back: This verb is
used to say back

she usually comes back home first
4. Get out:
I'll get out when you stop at the traffic
lights
She thinks they look down on her because
she didn't go to university
You get up at 5 o'clock every morning
5. Look down
on: despreciar
The kid looked down on the food his
father had prepared.

name on a list or document,
usually in order to include them in
an event or activity
The teacher asked us to put our

My name is Miryan Barrera Cruz, I have 32 years old , I graduated
from the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia I live
in Sogamoso, Boyacá, I work in tasco, I am a preschool teacher, I study
psychology in the UNAD university, I like listening to music and
dancing, I like to exercise such as aerobics, I like going for a walk with
my friends and my parents, I sometimes go to the movies with my
sister, I like comedy movies, I love to smile and share with people
My family and I are planning a lot
of things because we will travel to
Santander on vacation, we really
enjoy to travel together for that
reason we are expecting a
wonderful trip. Finally related to
my health I’m being too busy so, I
can’t exercise often but in the
future I want to do more physical
activity and also I want to take care
of my health in a serious wayMy future
