Spironolactone is utilized as a part of the treatment of hyperaldosteronism (i.e.

(fluid retention caused by different conditions, including kidney or liver disease).

5. Dytor Plus 10 Tablet Dosage
Below are the dosage information for Dytor Plus 10 tablet -
Dosage of Spironolactone
Adult- PO- The prescribed dose amount is 50 to 400mg daily for 3 to 4 weeks.
Dosage of Torasemide
Adult:?PO?HTN?2.5-5 mg once daily. Max: 5 mg/day.?Oedema?5 mg once daily,
up to 20 mg once daily if needed. Max: 40 mg/day.?

Side effects of Spironolactone
Spironolactone must be avoided by persons who have hypersensitivity to
spironolactone or to any of the elements of it, acute renal deficiency, Anuria
and significant renal compromise hyperkalemia, Addison's infection,
concomitant utilization of eplerenone or other potassium saving diuretics.
Side effects of Torasemide
Hypotension dehydration hemoconcentration hypokalemia hypochloremic
alkalosis hypovolemia hyponatremia.
7. Dytor Plus 10 Use During Pregnancy
Use of Dytor Plus 10 Tablet During Pregnancy:
Dytor Plus 10 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are
limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be
acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
