5. Nicip Plus Tablet Dosage
Below are the dosage information for Nicip Plus Tablet -
Dosage of Nimesulide
The usual dose is 100mg twice a day. Children: 5mg/kg of body weight in 2 or 3
divided doses.
Dosage of Paracetamol/Acetaminophen
Adults: 0.5-1gm 3-6 times daily max 4gm. Children: 15mg/kg/dose or
60mg/kg/24hr divided every 6 hrs. Maximum 5 doses SOS.

Side effects of Nimesulide
Epigastric discomfort, heartburn or abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting and
diarrhoea; skin rash, pruritus, oedema, headache, dizziness, drowsiness;
hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. bronchospasm, rhinitis, angioedema, urticaria).
Side effects of Paracetamol/Acetaminophen
Bronchospasm, blood dyscrasias, centribular necrosis, liver damage,
hypoglycemic, coma, hepatic necrosis, liver failure, skin rashes, GI adverse
effects.
7. Nicip Plus Tablet Use During
Pregnancy
Use of Nicip Plus Tablet During Pregnancy:
Nicip Plus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are
limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be
acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Category B:Animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus
and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women.
