    federal guidelines. Work closely with Omnicare Pharmacy/Infusion to establish need
    for education based on medication errors, adverse drug reaction reporting and
    tracking trending of issues related to incidents injuries secondary to nurse
    knowledge deficit. Created pharmacovigilance program to track and trend education
    of patients, the reporting od medication errors and training on new medication and
    equipment to prevent adverse reaction both equipment, staff, medication related.
    Assist in implementing an creating corrective action plans after root cause has been
    determined. Education is tracked using training connection which accumulates
    employee hours. Responsible for the Immunization status of 144 staff member which
