and new graduate nurses. Coordinating and tracking education required for
CMS, TJC, AHCA, and other regulatory agencies. I participate in a number of
Multidisciplinary councils and collaboratives that support, patient safety,
process improvement and clinical advancements within our institution. Recently
became a Certified Trainer for EPIC EMR.

the most challenging health problems known to the medical profession. On a
daily basis, I dealt with patients with mild to deadly traumatic injuries, having
multisystem collapse requiring outstanding efforts to preserve function and/or life.
I also precepted a large percentage of the new hires into the SICU. During my
time at Shands, I also worked in the Emergency Department for approximately
four months.
