Discipline Infractions: Consequence Policy<br />TardyDress Code InfractionLevel 1 Infractions: Out of Seat, Talking, Eating, Horse Play, Cursing, Disrespect of Adult*, No Hallway Pass, Not Prepared, Talking in Line, Arguing, Body Language, Grooming, Cheating, or ANY infraction the principal deems to be a Level 1*No warning allowed**Demerit process re-starts in each class.***Demerits are cumulative for the week to determine Friday/Saturday detentions, and Friday PBIS Activity time.Level 2 Infractions: Fighting, Instigating a Fight, Tobacco use, Use of drugs/alcohol outside of school, Stealing, Bullying, Threatening, Physical Assault (without serious bodily harm), Leaving School Grounds, or ANY infraction the principal deems to be a Level 2Level 3 (ZERO Tolerance) Infractions:Possession or use of drugs or firearms in school, aggravated assault to student or employee, sexual assault, starting a fire, possession of a dangerous weapon, bomb threats, extortion, theft of property, burglary, robbery, or ANY infraction the principal deems to be a Level 31Warning and re-teach behaviorLetter of reminder to parent, to be signed the following dayWarning and re-teach behavior1. Parent contact2. School-level Investigation3.  Parent, student, principal conference4. Suspension – 1 day – ISS and Saturday detention5. If appropriate, referral to RTI Team1.  Student conference and investigation. 2.  Parent contact3.  Parent, student, principal conference4.  Referral to RTI Team5.   • 1. Discipline Infractions: Consequence Policy<br />TardyDress Code InfractionLevel 1 Infractions: Out of Seat, Talking, Eating, Horse Play, Cursing, Disrespect of Adult*, No Hallway Pass, Not Prepared, Talking in Line, Arguing, Body Language, Grooming, Cheating, or ANY infraction the principal deems to be a Level 1*No warning allowed**Demerit process re-starts in each class.***Demerits are cumulative for the week to determine Friday/Saturday detentions, and Friday PBIS Activity time.Level 2 Infractions: Fighting, Instigating a Fight, Tobacco use, Use of drugs/alcohol outside of school, Stealing, Bullying, Threatening, Physical Assault (without serious bodily harm), Leaving School Grounds, or ANY infraction the principal deems to be a Level 2Level 3 (ZERO Tolerance) Infractions:Possession or use of drugs or firearms in school, aggravated assault to student or employee, sexual assault, starting a fire, possession of a dangerous weapon, bomb threats, extortion, theft of property, burglary, robbery, or ANY infraction the principal deems to be a Level 31Warning and re-teach behaviorLetter of reminder to parent, to be signed the following dayWarning and re-teach behavior1. Parent contact2. School-level Investigation3. Parent, student, principal conference4. Suspension – 1 day – ISS and Saturday detention5. If appropriate, referral to RTI Team1.
